Might also be that they are doing it to start they're campaigns and trying to position themselves, while Hillary has no announced competition yet. She's the only runner, thus, she's the front runner, and, nationally, she already has name recognition.
i'll buy some of that. the republicans could use the exposure and I suspect its been helpful for them.
at the same time though, Hillarys being criticized and even ridiculed for her seclusion. I wonder then if some "compromise" might have been in order.
