Well, according to post #1290 he's pretty much in line with the joether school of make believe. I really couldn't say for sure which one is more full of crap but you could be right.
It seems that Joether at least admits that the 2nd allows the states to offset the Feds, he doesn't seem to be so irrational as to think we have a bill of powers to protect the Feds from the people and the states.
BTW I never thought I would be saying that we had a regular further out in la la land than Joether, but if anyone could do it, it would be Mnottertail.
