The mod views vary, but this is what I could see in some cases.
E - email
P - password
C - cookie info
IP - IP address

Thanks for clarifying what a typical moderators can see.
Since most people probably don't know this, I would think they don't change all of those things; which makes your figures more accurate.

I change all of them, so, it wouldn't catch any duplicate profiles that I make though.

It's good you mentioned cookies though, since I had forgotten to mention cookies (mostly because I don't use them, or, more precisely, since I kind of sort of have to use them, my cookies all disappear the moment the browser shuts down (even the hard-to-erase DOM Storage cookies - yes - that's what they're called). So, the cookies are always new for each session.

So, of the critical identifying bits of information, it seems a typical moderator has access to the following:
1. Email = yes
2. Password = yes
3. Cookies = yes
4. IP address = yes
5. Browser fingerprint = no

Of course, anyone worth their weight in salt can easily spoof all of those, as follows:
1. Email = for a non-verifying site, just make one up (for a verifying site, it's a bit harder, but it can be done)
2. Password = just create a unique password for each profile
3. Cookies = just set your browser to not remember anything, including cookies, upon shutdown
4. IP address = this requires either a free VPN or proxy site or the free Tor Browser Bundle
5. Browser fingerprint = this is something few people seem to know about (including canvas fingerprints) - and which takes a bit of computer knowledge to not be unique (although the Tor Browser Bundle handles that problem for you).

All the items "can" be changed, so, the true number of multiple profiles is probably larger than the numbers indicate.

How much larger?
I don't know.
It depends on how technical the profile creators are.

The item that worries me the most is the browser fingerprint - since it transcends IP address.
Your browser fingerprint is the same if you log in from home, or if you log in from work, or if you log in from Starbucks, or, even if you log in from China. Your browser fingerprint follows you wherever you go.

Luckily, you, as a moderator, don't seem to get the browser fingerprint.

However, given how dangerous the browser fingerprint is, I would be interested to see if any of you are UNIQUE (and therefore, very vulnerable).
Just press the link below, and then press the red "Test Me" button, and let us know if you're unique.
===> Panopticlick <===
(NOTE: You can send email instead, but rest assured, being unique is very bad for your privacy.)

EDIT: Fixed typos.
