FR Officer Daniel Webster of the Albuqueque NM PD died from being shot during a traffic stop on 21 Oct. They have a suspect in custody. Unfortunately the only proof they have agaist him is that he was the person being arrested at the time Webster was shot and when the police caught up with him he still had a handcuff on one arm. No film that I know of, so we have to assume he was defending himself from brutality. Yeah right.

Likely. If it is legal for Zimmerman to be afraid and kill, certainly should be for any other average guy like him to kill a cop out of fear for his life.

It wouldn't me, and it would depend on how the cop did it. usually they are less than socially acceptable for any reason.

to be fair, only one black guy, two white guys... lovely man by accounts coming out... strange that all these assholes claiming black lives matter are terrorists and only want to murder cops, really grew in vitriol over this particular "another officer down incident" the massive manhunt that went on...now they are quiet as mice. *crickets*

I think it was left out because there were questions about it from the beginning. Thus you are using a case that was tainted from the beginning to attack people who call those who ambush cops terroists and people who encourage them terrorists. Nice try.

Mearkle, who was cleared of murder charges on Thursday, says she feared for her safety.
