I came back to see if the place was worth trying again. I'd heard that the mod(s) were being grown up and allowing people to be grown up too. Seems the rumours were wrong. What is it about getting the rusty sheriff's badge of mod-dom that turns them into an ass? (I think this is the part where I get a gold-bordered love note calling me a naughty bunny...double standards, dontchano?)

RS if there was a zombie apocalypse, my TRUST would be with M3 before any other who have their own selfish intent and could give a fuck less about the kink community. She actually cared unlike other people who pretend to do so. I have zero respect for the level of jealousy, insecurity, lies, gossip etc I have seen here. I agree crazyml, RS rocks. However I think many people need to realize that the people behind the machines are still people. Many people made M3's job unnecessarily hard and during a time when she was hospitalized with illness. No one cared but they certainly consoled each other for stubbed toes. I'm amazed sometimes. Just amazed. There is bias and then there is bullshit. I'm sure many know of what occurred between forum members and prior mods and are acting accordingly. RS's incident was an unfortunate slight in this regard. They might have thought it was "playyful/funny" but I agree that boundaries should be respected.

I am absolutely certain that M3 was always trying very hard to do what was best for the site. That isn't to say I agreed with every decision M3 made, but I never doubted the intent or motive behind them.

Smh... when you run a business, shit happens. Do you know how many times I have had to correct customer service agents? I had one of the managers of one of my hosting companies apologize to me for a week long (totally ridiculous) faux pas by their employees two days ago. And I did want his job at first because he compromised my business and image but took a step back and realized that as devastating as it was on my end, it was a matter of his lack of ability to formulate the best solution on his own and there is also the possibility he misheard me. Am I still pissed about it? Yes, but I also know that something good came out of it. The manager assured me he would retrain his guys to do a better service to their customers. That was good enough for me as well as the apology. And that was my business, not a free forum where people allow me to chat and express my thoughts. Not trying to invalidate feelings entirely but it's a HUMAN mistake. I think people are overreacting a tad.
