The focus on guns is a false flag. People like Obama admit that the laws they proposed in response to Sandy Hook, for example, would have done nothing to stop it. When people can't get guns, or want a bigger body count, they move to something else like bombs. MCveih wanted a hugh body count so he used a bomb. 16th street Baptist Church killed three but they were trying to kill more so they used a bomb. Charles Manson used people, they used knives. The point is evil will find a way go after the evil, not peoples means to fight back. Pressure cookers anyone?

The drug testing could be problematic. If you make the buyer pay for it you could have a 5th amendment violation. If the locals put drug users that they pick up in the system it would help. Just like if Dr were required to notify the police when they see that someone is dangerous, like in Aurora, the shrink knew he was a menace and if that had been in the system he couldn't have legally bought his guns. The first thing we need to do is somehow get people to put the required information in the system. The guy in Charleston was able to buy a gun because the locals didn't put his drug use in the system, that would have disqualified him. Politicians are more interested in passing new laws than they are in making the ones we have work.
