As any good Dominant will tell you, it's a really good idea to know where you have power and where you do not. No matter who you are, there is always somebody who has more authority than you do.
You do not have that authority on the forums. However, there is someone who does. Should you chose not to request that the person who has the authority to help you, that's just kind of on you. If you honestly wanted the thread closed, rather than receiving this pittance of attention, it wouldn't hurt to ask.
Of course, if the Admin's hand would happen to slip on the mouse and your message was deleted unread, that would be the G^d D^mned f^cking funniest thing on the entire thread.
