Don't mind zombie, she is suffering from a nasty case of projection and/or a traumatic brain injury.

Well thank you Stef, have a great day.....

You made the statement, you back it up.
Anything joker, alpha, crumpets and other suck poppet makers say is bollocks.
Repeating bullshit about posters used to get you tossed.
It still should.
Quit it. You have zero proof you have zero to back it up, you are looking foolish...

What part of feminism isn't about shaming men when they talk about men? Male feminists must have a kink for self flagellation as no news about men is good news when it comes to feminism. Being a male is pretty much illegal in feminist logic. We must think and act like women when it comes to sex and everyday life or else we are oppressors.

Darling, I'm sorry you feel threatened by women who don't put up with groping and such.

Ever watched this video?

Welcome to everyday life as a woman

I dont usually reply to any thread good ol' Nick starts or is one of the major contributors to, but I can't help but think that the guy must have had to do a lot of [sm=to_clean_smiley7.gif] and [sm=wash_the_dishes7.gif] as a child and is the main driving force behind his inferiority complex.

Can you point this claim out in my posts? Where did I say it? You wouldn't be putting words in my mouth now, would you?

Have you missed that part of your posting?

Anyway, as the video in the OP covered the "teach men not to rape" meme, which is created by feminists and is ran by feminists, here is another great video on that one issue of male shaming.

Men DON'T Need to be Taught Not to Rape

or

quote:

Aylee and lucy...well that's two feminists who I rarely see that is against "teach men not to rape", teach men not to be DV fanatics in general, teach boys as young as two to not see women as objects, shame male sexuality in general, blame patriarchy (any ill in the world is because of male dominated society), shaming men for their privileges while ignoring your own, the list goes on and on.

The fact that you whinge and whinge about women tells me all I need to know, and anybody else with 2 functioning brain cells.

You DO know that a guy who tends to be well adjusted, qualified and has some social skills doesn't whinge on and on abut women, they're usually too busy enjoying a relationship and getting laid, the ones who can't get any are busy blaming it all on feminism.

It must be a damned sad existence if you're worried about women having the same rights as men, because it will leave you out in the cold.

You know a guy who's attractive doesn't need to pounce on a drunk woman, he can pull a sober one.

So you have a problem that women don't like to be seen as objects, you have a problem with men being told to not rape, and you call that "shaming men for their privileges"?

Objectifying and raping is a privilege in your world? I do wonder how you would feel about those privileges in a prison environment, with somebody else exercising those "privileges" over you....

freedomdwarf1 -> RE: The Man-Shaming Project (11/1/2015 5:40:44 AM)

[sm=goodpost.gif] LC.

I have an idea (and I know I'm gonna get slammed for this)....
Islam (in general) is very male-oriented, male dominated, and male controlled.
Women aren't even human, they are treated like chattel; worse than goats or pigs.
They get raped, whipped, beaten, bought and sold, even from a very young age by men.
Young boys barely of school age are able (and encouraged) to take control of their mothers, sisters, and any female they see - it's expected of them as a male.

Perhaps we should send poor old Nick to somewhere like Pakistan or one of the Arab states so he can relish in the absence of feminism.

LadyConstanze -> RE: The Man-Shaming Project (11/1/2015 5:54:03 AM)

I'm more in favour of putting him into an all male environment, so he doesn't need to worry about feminism at all, and he can tell his fellow males all his theories, and I don't want to hear any complains if somebody decides to objectify him with all the consequences, after all he wouldn't want to deny a fellow man his "privileges"

Edited to add, I'd even supply him with lube, because I'm nice like that...

Almost as if men should be ashamed of having testosterone driven instincts.

Kreychec -> RE: The Man-Shaming Project (11/1/2015 9:24:14 AM)

Feminist are harmless so who gives a fuck, also people seem to forget that men practically voted in feminism. LOL.

Yes, I am one of those old fashioned types who don't consider it perfectly acceptable to grope, hump legs and all that. Silly me thinks that we might have evolved from instinct driven behaviour and don't fornicate wherever and whenever the mood takes us.

Kreychec -> RE: The Man-Shaming Project (11/1/2015 12:00:38 PM)

Instinct has and always will be a factor in what drives behavior, even if its not always socially acceptable. Sorry.

Sure the cerebellum (instinct) drives behavior. But we are no longer toads. We have a pre-frontal cortex to over ride the cerebellum.

The toad brain may say to fornicate, fight, and consume mass quantities of cake. That does not mean that I HAVE to do so. Because I am an adult, I know that those May not be my best options at a particular moment.

Well I am a clingon and in our circles that is perfectly acceptable cocktail party behaviour for both sexes[;)]

I'm surprised this is open for debate considering you only have to spend 10 minutes with a group of people to understand that we're not as reasonable as we like to think we are.

As David Hume quite rightly pointed out, we're much closer to animals than we are to God.

It's a very human thing to do to put ourselves on a pedestal when the evidence doesn't support this supposed pre-eminent position at the centre of the world.
