I am gonna put this down as simple as I can without any crafting, like i were talking to the neighbor next door. it is just a simple question for ALL. ( men, women, dom/mes, switches and subs ). wait a second...... NO TROLLS!. Oh!... did i forget to say please? .... I dont say please to trolls in fine prints.
lets cut through the chase. if you live in the land of milk and honey, you probably have an idea on how people customarily dress up in an ordinary day. but, lets say you stumbled upon an exception. you went to a gas station, for your daily fuel up, or to a store to buy beer,.... and a woman !!! OMG! dressed up just like those " findomme or amazon" hoes. knee high boots, Crop Top,Stripe Skirt etc...
Now my question is: is it considered appropriate behavior to approach that woman decently, introduce yourself and ask her if she is into BDSM, i focus on the last part of the question which is ((( if she is into BDSM ))). and i will certainly consider your points of view.

No. It is not appropriate, and I would not recommend it. That question is only appropriate when you are in an intimate setting with someone.

Well, for a couple of very practical reasons, I wouldn't recommend doing that.

First: it's kind of rude to ask that sort of question, publicly.

Second: asking it to the wrong person could make you come off as "creepy".

Why not engage the young lady in conversation and drop certain hints/catch phrases into the conversation. If she picks up on them, you have your answer; kind of like how recovering alcoholics ask each other: "Are you a friend of Bill?"

Obviously, not a serious question.

I would take a wild guess and say that most people don't wear fetishwear to get gas or go to a supermarket.

So, if you see someone dressed like your fantasy woman buying beer, it's likely a vanilla chick out clubbing.

If you are 100% sure she's wearing fetish wear, and she's wearing it so publicly.

I don't think there is anything wrong in very politely approach her something like, "Hi, I want to apologise to you in advance if I concluded wrong, but are you by any chance into bdsm? Because the way you dress is quite similar to what some dominatrix wears, and I got curious."

If she says no, then, just apologise and say, "Oh sorry to bother you then, and you look beautiful and fantastic in it by the way! Have a nice day!" (Throwing in compliments will save your ass!)

If she says yes..., then go ahead and make friends, but PLEASE do not assume just because she is dressing like that, she is looking for a quick hook up.

The most scantily clad women at clubs in my country, usually just wants to dance sexy, and have harmless fun, but many are virgins who will wait till marriage.

Well, I would just add her to the list of millions (possible Billions) of ladies that I can't "have". Chalk it up to circumstances not being conducive to porn-movie type occurrences.

Thank you Greta for the insight and for the wise answer. Kind of what i wan a hear at leat. The reason why I took pain to even ask this question at the risk of the blame card played against me , is that I really saw a lady in " not zacly fetish cloths " however very similar attire. I for a minute thought about breaching the subject to her in a very polite manner of course, but some how I retracted and chose to rather be on the safer side of the fence. However approaching a woman in my case will be based intial on my personal interests. And as sure as Dwan iam not a male hooker and would not settle for a one night stand, as proof , I have chosen to walk away from those quick deals in more than one occasion

To try and fail, is much better than to live with regret for not trying.

or if she initiate a conversation. just cause someone is dressed the way your perve lays, doesn't mean she or he wants to play with you. You could simply say Hello and comment to the weather and see the reaction.....

JOK3ER just cause greta says what compliments your desire, that is not neccesisarily a foundation of a wise answer.... (see 4 cents instead of the usual 2 cents). All you have in the instance is a complete unknown and assuming will only make an ass or u & me... It could just be as relivent that she is a cock or pussy tease... or outside warming herself up for the next exciting episode of masturbation, that she gets ready for by dressing up and going in public....lol

Hell no.

One, I live in a college town so seeing someone in the weirdest outfits is just par for the course.

Two, my oldest rides horses. She's come from the barn, in high boots with a crop in her boot, to run into town and buy lunch, and has gotten obnoxious sexual comments from people in the past. These comments are always offensive.

Three, if you're sufficiently offensive, she would punch you. Rides horses remember? If she can force a 1200 lb animal to obey, she has no trouble hitting a 180 lb human.

Coming up to a strange woman to make a sexually harassing comment can get you punched. Deservedly.

I saw someone been led down a path next to a main road collar(ring) small leash basic gothic apparel both he and she. I smiled wryly thinking you don’t see that any day. Whilst part of me admired it it is not suitable public behavior nor for other people to see them of ages.

Because someone is dressed in latex etc it does not necessary make them a fin dome or into bdsm. Perhaps they just have good taste in clothing.

Why did you want to speak to her? Just to ask if she was into bdsm that will account for >20% of the population who have tried it. You could find 10 people no matter how they are dressed and ask them if they are into naughty malarkey or harbor wicked desires to crush nut sacks for a living. Statistically at least 2 will say yes.

But it’s a deeply personal question to ask random strangers.

But you are much too late to say hello to the tasty morsel.

Moral of the story is you should have said hello it would not have killed you to do so, albeit you may have got you ball sack crushed.

Well correct I did ask why (still wonder to) and you don't seem to have an opinion... so what should be made of that? But you have a great day and continue to post these inspirations that still have me asking why?
