crumpets -> RE: What do senders do that they can so quickly POUNCE on juicy profiles? (10/30/2015 12:01:23 PM)

ORIGINAL: freedomdwarf1 That's because PEOPLE are different. You and I have been there before. All you ever say is that people are too different to understand anything about them. That's simple. Sure. Too simple perhaps? It's like saying that cars are all too different to understand anything about them. I don't know what you know about cars, but mine have (almost) never been to a mechanic, which means I fix them (and they're not at all new); so in order to fix them, I need to know a LOT about cars (especially German cars, which break, a lot - in the strangest places that Japanese cars don't). Go figure. Anyway, that's your opinion that all people are different and that's the answer to all the questions. You are quite welcome to that opinion. I don't own (nor subscribe) to your opinion. It's yours. Your entire life experience has taught you what it has taught you. God can teach you no more than what you already know. As for me, I think differently than you (and, yes, the "ly" on the adverb means something). I think that if you think all trees are the same, then you know nothing whatsoever about trees (and I know a LOT about trees - and they're not all the same). I think that if you think all bacteria are the same, then you know nothing whatsoever about bacteria (and, yes, I know a LOT about bacteria - and they're all different - although I don't know every single bacterium, so, when you boil it down to a single bacterium, I can't say either way if they're the same or not). I think that if you think all cats or all dogs or all rocks or all planets or all solar systems, (or whatever) are the same, then all it says is that you know nothing about that which we are talking about. Worse, you have no idea that you know nothing. You think you actually know SOMETHING (which is the most dangerous knowledge of all - since you clearly don't know anything if you make a statement like that). quote:
ORIGINAL: freedomdwarf1 It's not always a gender thing. In fact, very few things are actually gender specific. OK. You just proved you know nothing. Why do you think they force you to declare your gender when you create a profile? Why do you think they don't force you to declare gender when you create a profile on a botany forum? On this forum, gender (and gender preferences) are everything! If I wanted to learn more about Mazdas, I'd log into a Mazda forum. If I wanted to learn more about the exfat file system, I'd log into an Android forum. If I wanted to learn more about blazars, I'd log into an astronomy forum. And none of those forums would force a gender or gender preference upon me. I log into this CS forum to learn more about women, and specifically, what makes female dominants tick. If I had wanted to know what makes males tick, I would ask those questions - but - that's not where most of my questions lie (although, that jizzing on the shoes thing does confuse me). This particular thread was intended to figure out what makes the pouncers tick - but it has morphed - which is natural - once the original confusion was sated. quote:
ORIGINAL: freedomdwarf1 And the fact that you ALWAYS want to put a gender spin on everything is also why you can't fathom it out. Is this a site related to sexual preferences, or not? I don't put a "gender spin" on my questions in the automotive forum. I don't put a gender spin on my questions to the physics forum. This is a gender-related forum. If you haven't noticed, I'm male and heterosexual. If I was bisexual, then a gender spin might be unneeded. But, this site is useless (to me) without the opportunity to better understand the OTHER gender. As I have often said, men are as simple as dogs (MOST of the time). Some of the time, men aren't simple at all. For example, why they would want to jizz on womens' heels is beyond my current comprehension (unless the woman WANTED jizz on her heels). Or why they'd try to procreate with an innocent stuffed horse at Walmart does confuse me such that I'd have to question why to understand them. Some men take the craziest risks for sex! And, the definition of "sex" takes the craziest turns, with some men. All of it though, I believe, is fueled by nuclear torrents of hot reactive testosterone. Only the men who hold the reins tightly, keeping things under control, don't fall prey to these urges, I guess (I'm not sure though - as - while "I" have plenty of unnatural urges - those two which were discussed in this thread - are not in my basic repertoire). However, if the actions are to be done, I can easily understand that it would be most likely MEN who do them, and not, in general, women. If you insist these aren't gender specific ... Do you really think women do those things anywhere nearly as often as men do?
