I cannot find the thread where someone mentioned "you think you know people" I was curious if I could find anything on the web when I mentioned the incident above, and this is the article I found. I remember all the people involved except the victim....lol. I know this is what happened to fakes, assholes, thiefs, people that deceived, etc. Learned that at a young age. Actually, I have only mentioned little on these thread about hat I have seen, and experienced. Carnival Worker Will Face Charges In Pennsylvania December 12, 1985|By United Press International WEST PALM BEACH — A carnival worker accused of helping chain, terrorize, and force a man to put together a bumper car ride has been ordered to Pennsylvania to face charges. U.S. Magistrate Ann Vitunac signed the removal papers Tuesday despite Daniel McCafferty's fight against extradition. McCafferty, 25, an itinerant carnival worker, was one of four men indicted in Pittsburgh in September on charges of kidnapping, involuntary servitude and conspiracy to violate the civil rights of Charles Edward Smith, 19, of Baltimore. The other three men were arrested earlier and are awaiting trial. Michael Reisinger, 26, of Orlando, and Frank Smith, 26, of Baltimore, were picked up in Pittsburgh in July. Frank Smith is not related to the victim. Carnival owner Paul Theodoropoulos, 46, of Orlando, was arrested in Florence, S.C., in September. The indictment charges that while the Olympic Expositions carnival played near Pittsburgh July 10, Smith was chained and forced to unload and assemble the carnival's bumper car ride. It also says Smith was hit on the hand with a sledgehammer and on the head with a baseball bat, lifted upside down with a rope around his neck, and handcuffed and locked inside a trailer. Smith, who worked with the four men at the carnival, was later driven to Jessup, Md., and dumped on the side of Interstate 70. Palm Beach County deputy sheriffs arrested McCafferty in South Bay about two weeks ago. Pittsburgh FBI agent Peter Krusing testified Tuesday that the victim described one of his four tormentors as ''Danny,'' the foreman of the bumper car ride. ''He said he was chained and made to work,'' Krusing said. McCafferty's lawyer, Ken Swartz, said Smith never gave a physical description of his client and did not supply a last name. But Vitunac said, ''That may be a trial issue, but not an issue for this hearing. I feel the government has met its burden'' of proving McCafferty should be sent to Pennsylvania. I do know people am I an expert? Of course not and don't proclaim to be. How can I know people online, to any real extent. Lets get face to face, I am much better that way. Also, I have been around all kinds of people, from a young age. I volunteered at Friends Hospital in Philadelphia. That is a Hospital for the mentally challenged.
