With a vehicle, the MSO is recorded by the state and a "Certificate Of Title" is issued. The MSO is destroyed. The state owns the vehicle and you are holder in good conduct. Therefore they can put any limitations on its use the damnwell please. And this applies to land as well, otherwise they would never be able to tax it because they would not have any lawful right to take it away from you if you do not comply with their terms of use. For someone who thinks they are as smart as you think you are, I_ am surprised that you did not know this. Well not really after reading you a bit. I got stuff from ex-Harvard law professors and the like. You got shit. And it is proven to work in court because a buddy of mine is no longer a felon, even though he got busted with a grow room after selling to a guy with a wire. No! Was the 2nd Amendment About Preserving Slavery? Thank you for those two links. I found them most interesting in that they support many of the points made in the cite I posted. They also make some interesting counterpoints to hartmans contentions. One, that the second ammendment was after the constitution was ratified ,seems to contend that the ammendments were not a concession to the anti-federalist for signing onto the constitution which is clearly not supported by the historical record. Another is that ther were no significant slave uprising to be surpressed yet later in the essay he mentions the turner uprising which was the most noted of many recorded uprisings. Yet anotother point in issue is on the one had claiming that the militias fought and won the revolutionary war and later admitting that the militias had little do with that conflict and later in the war of 1812. While there are contradictions in the cite it is on the whole contributory to this discussion and I thank you for bringing it to the forum.

It is almost a moot point with the banks having liens on just about everything. Oh, and if you ever want to get a loan on it of course you know it ain't happening. Also, you actually CAN get an MSO for a car. Of course you have to pay cash, and then you cannot get plates for it. The last state that would issue plates on an MSO IIRC was Tennessee and who knows if they still do. T^T
