Utah, with its F rating and mere 1.9 homicides per 100k, is apparently safer than the anti-rights state of Maryland, with its 9.37 homicides per 100k. Maryland received an A- rating for its gun laws, however. Maine received an F gun law rating yet has the lowest homicide rate per 100k people. As the caption says, it's almost like murderers don't give a shit about laws.
