Funny, I would have thought you were aware of it.. quote:

FYI the list of all federal offices appointed by the president is listed, ironically enough, in the plum book. Certainly, I am fully in favor of the president being able to appoint a supreme court justice, whenever the senate is not in session, per the constitution. Aren't you?
