Did i say there were not concealable weapons? I said not legal.

Butch

The weapons are legal, but the people with them can have evil intent.
So now they need metal detectors because of concealable weapons, but the same size weapons were legal to take in before? Haven't you just crushed your own arguments.

So Bush is responsible for the abridgement of 2nd amendment rights too. I knew it was nutsuckers behind it.

What the hell are you talking about... In my state 30 years ago it was against the law to carry a concealed weapon... there were no CC laws. There was no need for detectors in schools or anywhere else... that only came about when the cc laws and Republican gun craze for votes made it possible for crazy people to get guns legally. Tell me what has changed over those years... not a damn thing except gun laws and the number of guns on the streets.

Back to where this started. You don't deny that virtually all mass shootings take place in gun free zones do you, or are your sources that detached from reality?

People who want to shoot up a school are not concered with concealed carry laws. The Columbine kids boroke about 20 laws before they got up that morning. How far detached from reality are you anyway?

I am telling you gun free has nothing to do with it... guns do... Gun free is nothing but Republican bullshit... there were the same gun free zones before CC and we did not have 100's of innocents murdered by crazy people with legal weapons... that is the difference... not gun free silliness... We have always had gun free zones... but we have never had as many armed Americans as today... its the wild west all over again.

And since you absolve Obama of responsibility you have to do the same for Bush unless you wish to admit to a double standard.
In fact the economic bill you are whinnig about were promoted by Obama , this was not promoted by Bush, you might as well blame Roosevelt for Pearl Harbor.

Personally I wonder why anybody would want to have concealed carry laws. Wouldn't the whole idea of a gun for self defense work better if you carried your gun openly?

No, open carry is tactically bad.
It tells the criminal who the threat is.
With concealed carry the , in the words of a nearby Sherrif who said he likes ccws because, "I like the idea that the bad guys don't know where it is comming from.

I never assigned the responsiblitiy or absolved him of it. Clearly it is a nutsucker problem. Reagan and Nixon and Bush the lips pressed their cases to pass those bills, they are felching into abridging the second amendment balls deep like nutsuckers do. As the cowardly nutsuckers are doing right in front of us.

Come on now Butch, your getting frustrated and going off the deep end.
Of course they aren't everywhere. If you can tell me where they will be I just won't go there. But untill you can do that while they are clearly not everywhere they can be anywhere.

BTW our last murder here was on a supermarket parking lot.

As a non-bad guy, I prefer to know where the threat is coming from, I would prefer if open carry were allowed and if concealed carry was not.

I will clarify a little.
I work in the bar industry. One part of my job is cutting off drunks when they have had enough, and if people are going to be allowed to have guns when they are getting drunk, then I sure as fuck want to know which unruly drunk I am going to piss off by cutting him off has a gun.
