ORIGINAL: thompsonx You clearly have never been to singapore because you said the they seldom caine anyone in singapore. I posted the government site that says they caine more than 2500 people a year. 2500 is alot? That's very little. quote:
You have said that you own a home in singapore and I have posted the official government site saying that it is only a lease. In Singapore, we all consider that we own it, find me a Singaporean who does not think they own their government home. Even private homes come with 99 yr lease. Everything comes with 99yr lease in this country. Most things do. As our government wants buildings bang down and rebuilt every 99 years. quote:
You have said that the taxes are low in singapore and I have posted the official government site saying that it is more than 40%. You have said the cpf is a savings account and I have posted the official government site saying it is not and that you never get the money only the interest on it after you retire. No you haven't, you have never posted a government website to prove this. Stop repeating your lies. You post some silly opposition idiot information instead. quote:
You claim you are not a millionaire but the official govrnment site says that the number of cars is limited by the number of permits allowed. Since the number of permits is less than the number of millionairs how would you get one unless you were one of the millilonairs? You need to be a millionaire to own a 100k car? Really? That's new to me. With our low taxes, people get to keep ALOT of their money. That's like saying you need to be a millionaire to own a 600k house. You never heard of loans? quote:
You have shown that not only are you ilnumerate but barely literate which would qualify you for a job pushing a broom or cleaning the shithouse... I may not have the qualification in education, but the fact that I own my own home, my own car, and pretty much am living very comfortably, is good enough for me. Education is only good if you can make money with it. Look at Millennials in the other thread complaining they can't even land a job, after their degrees. So what is the use of that education if you can't get paid for it? I never had college debt because I never went to college. I just started working. Now those who worked so hard in education spend their half their lives paying back their education debt struggling. I mean, you wanna call that a negative what I did? I think in many ways, I never had debts to pay in my life. I chose to incur a housing debt instead, which is a positive debt. Now it's fully paid and my home has tripled in price. And I am happy.
