Most states do allow transgender people to change their sex on their birth certificate, but only after having "irreversible surgery to physically align their body with their psychological gender". In most states this requires a complete sex change operation. The state that I was born in allowed me to change my birth certificate after being castrated.

PS I think they have a shitty job that I couldnt do...so im not dissing the people who work for them...the TSA that is.
