Incidentally I always wondered where Black mirror got that story from Princess Susannah (Lydia Wilson) is kidnapped and the ransom demand is that Prime Minister Michael Callow (Rory Kinnear) must have sexual intercourse with a pig on live national television. Attempts to substitute a porn actor and digitally replace the actor's face with the PM's are inadvertently disclosed on social media. The PM, and his wife, are reluctant for him to do it but following this revelation support drops and his aide, who organised the attempted substitution without the PM's knowledge, says his physical safety is no longer guaranteed. He completes the act. Unknown to everyone the princess had been released half an hour earlier. Her kidnapper was an artist attempting to make a piece of performance art who committed suicide after releasing her. A year later news reports show the PM is at an all time high in popularity but his wife who supports him publicly won't talk to him in private. The National Anthem (Black Mirror)

It's a story that Brooker had previously used as a one liner in one of his Grauniad columns four or five years before he recycled it for Black Mirror. It's worth remembering in this discussion, the legal distinction between fucking a live pig, and fucking a severed pig's head: the former is bestiality, which is illegal, but the latter is not necrophillia (which is also illegal) because it's part of a dead animal, rather than a former person.

How can you compare this to Trump? Hello???? America elected a Muslim President in Obama!!! They voted for him two times in a row!!!! Over white christian men! And yes I know Obama denies his Muslim heritage. But any Muslim in the world knows his Muslim because his born to a Muslim and his mom was married to a Muslim, so he had a stepdad and real father that were Muslims. America voted for a President with a Muslim name too. It's the silly left who keeps spinning lies that Trump is racist, and America is racist because they voted for Trump. Obama could not have won without right leaning votes. In my country, we have Muslim MPs by affirmative action. So Muslim MP is normal. My district MP is a Muslim too.

Wicked: Oh I got the pig thing, facebook then the news, I have all the best cartoons about it, I read about it, I listened to it:) Black Mirror Im aware of (and kinnear) I did watch that particular episode too:) I believe I mentioned it at the time. By the way, having a pakistani mayor is a big deal for many londoners. Tweak Im more of the mind that there is way to much stupidity and ignorance in the world to go around, to think its one or even two people. They have their own brand of uniqueness for me, But its definitely not positive:) WM....I remember boris from when I lived there.

Obama himself saying that his father is a muslim, his step dad is a muslim and he attended a muslim school in Indonesia. Also does not claim to be a Christian either. Calls himself humanist. But in the eyes of the Islamic world, his a Muslim by default of his dad being one. In the eyes of the secular world, he can be whatever he wants to be or call himself. And the fact that he doesn't mention his a christian here, tells me, the whole christian thingy is fake to win votes. I never believed his a Christian for one day. And then you got this politifact article who claims that Obama father is an atheist thus Obama is not a Muslim. When Obama himself calls his own father a Muslim. So leftwingers love to quote politifact. Politifact is not very factual. Obama should know his own heritage and what his father's religion is much better than Politifact.
