Not the computer, but we, human beings, combine such elements to be able to assign useful information to their states. But a computer itself, the machine, as we know it today, will never be able to learn something.

I don't believe this to be fact, there have been some interesting progress in the field Of dynamic programming and other areas working toward genuine artificial intelligence.

It's about your ignorance, as you seem to ignore when scientific correctness is needed, and when it is not.

The Bible states that the creation took 7 days. If you interpret this as 168 hours, it is scientyfically incorrect. But then you don't know how to interpret the Bible.
