well.. seems some women (yes, born-as-female women) across the US are being harassed (or worse, assaulted) for using the woman's bathroom.. so I guess that kind of treatment & abuse from "do gooders" is what you think women should accept? People are so goddamn stupid it amazes me.

Years ago, there was a big stink about Moslem women and picture ID. The solution is obvious, a thumbprint. Fucking check cashing places that charge five bucks can do it, in fact, why isn't your thumbprint on your ID/license ? How can that be more a violation of your rights than having your picture on it ? Now in the last couple decades states have been not making it mandatory to put your SSN on your ID/license, but of course those who are "authorized" can get it from the ID number. And now it is in the magnetic strip.

Anyway, the best best is to just eliminate these titles. You are called by your first name or possibly your last name or possibly both. "Will the Glenn Marshall party please come to the gate, we have an open table for you". Or, "Will the Gloria Marshall party please come to the gate, we have an open table for you". What the fuck is the difference to anyone ? Mister this and Misses that, fuck all that totally. I hate to say it but just abandoning that custom would solve a few problems at once.

It would be a change in society, a deep one, but I think worth considering. People named Kim, Carol or Pat might just have a bit of a problem but that is easier to work out than to try to appease these liberal fucking assholes. Call your teacher by his or her last name, like football coaches or whatever. Or make a new title for that. Liberals love to make new words like anyone else, and they got every right to just like everyone else. The problem with me comes when they try to redefine words that already meant something. What's worse is they redefine them to something worthless.

I dunno, maybe just packing heat and calling everyone "bitch" would be easier.

IV. PENALTIES IN ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS

The Commission can impose civil penalties up to $125,000 for violations, and up to $250,000 for violations that are the result of willful, wanton, or malicious conduct. The amount of a civil penalty will be guided by the following factors, among others:

* The severity of the particular violation;
* The existence of previous or subsequent violations;
* The employer’s size, considering both the total number of employees and its revenue; and
* The employer’s actual or constructive knowledge of the NYCHRL.

Dude, there is a simple solution, instead of having bathrooms with cubicles, renovate them to be individual rooms the size of a hall closet with a toilet and sink so anyone can use them and have total privacy, end of problem.. small businesses usually already have bathrooms like that.. its really the big stores & malls that have bathrooms where you have a long room with cubicles & quite frankly those places make enough to be able to do that and end any stupid complaints from anyone.. Problem solved..
