Is it that damn simple? Do you really think taking away some ambiguous entity, dreamt up by those in academia, is simple? How can it be when it is defined in vague terms?
Despite steps made, how much progress towards equality between black and white can there be when a video such as this can be made?

By the way, David Banner seems to be a favorite of liberal news outlets. Is that why this video inspires no outrage? I tried to find some in places such as Rolling Stone, HuffPo, CNN...nothing
I don't have the time to really slap u with the total dose of reality this deservers, but for now Im going to say 3 things.
1. YOU are the one messed up if you think this is a liberal, and/or academic's dream... "white male privilege" & "glass ceiling" came from the business community because they are pronounced enough phenomenon's that everyone knew it was happening as far back as 50 years ago.
2. I personally don't advocate anybody telling anybody to kill anybody......
3. its ur own fault - the too many times the blatant disregard for people of color by too many members of law enforcement has fueled a hatred of the very people "we" are supposed to trust to have our back because instead we might get shot in it.
what culture is a cop in anywhere that thinks that after pumping multiple lead into the back of a Black Man clearly running away from him, that he can get out of a murder charge by simply planting his spare gun on that dying man and lying about it? And if it were not for a video shot by a bystander he would have?
And there are variations of this incident in every state of this nation where there was no video that resulted in nothing but a dead person of color?

AMEN. I'd laugh to see even one of these deniers of White Privilege (I'm 4th through 10 gen American blue eyed white citizen, family links back to Cato the Elder) don blackface and find out just how dangerous Driving While Black can be in Any state of the Union. I got my personal taste in the '60s Driving with Long Hair.
I now live where most of the LEOs are taking early retirement during shifts. If you want blue light action, you have to tell 911 there has been gunfire, or you've seen a gun. In ways a breath of fresh air after the Storm Trooper mentality of too many So Cal police, but you are responsible for your own property and safety after dark. Our latest headline was the City settling medium big with the les couple that got roughed up and then thrown in jail for kissing in public. If cops dislike being hated and shot at, try acting like people they don't know are humans too. It never helps that most Police Departments have zero backbone standing up to those making repressive laws that any street person knows is going to get cops killed from natural human resentment and reaction.
There are excellent individual local police in most forces. But the culture of group solidarity prevents any department self-regulation or whistle blowing, when the guy who needs exposure and ejection from any responsible position can also be the only patrol car close enough to back you up when trapped in poor cover, under fire. He may be an asshole, but he's the asshole whose gun and group loyalty may save your life.
Some very smart and capable people are working at ways to improve these situations. Clowns and maroons denying anything is wrong may be their biggest barrier.
Service people in Vietnam and now in the Middle East face the same conflicts. Your survival means being in Condition Yellow every hour in country. Condition Red whenever among the people. But if you don't work to communicate on a human level at every opportunity to find who you can reach, everyone neutral or semi-well disposed soon IS your active enemy, looking to put you down. My personal opinion is any army that doesn't speak the local language Is an enemy just from their paranoia surrounded by people they can't communicate with. And we all know how eager Americans are to learn someone else language. Locally, it's much the same with cops who never get out of the car except to write tickets. Effective community policing (aimed at bettering public safety, rather than being 'revenue positive', exactly what was wrong in Ferguson) means being a regular and frequent part of everyone's social life, not just enforcers looking to penalize any mistake.
Any body thinking White Priviledge isn't universally recognized outside the delusional dis-empowered emotionally stunted white working class, only needs to look at all those so engaged by Bernie's challenging of the existing white male power structure in Wall Street and whole of Western Society. As much other white people as anyone, seeing the repression by greed and entitlement that are gutting the American Dream with obscene concentrations of wealth, and completely unprincipled uses of that wealth to the disadvantage of every one else.
