Speaking for the rest of us who oppose open restrooms, it is wrong no matter who does it and no matter who the victim is. This case goes to the heart of the opposition. Termyn8or has the distinction of having allowed Thompsonx to make a reasonable comment, it was bound to happen sometime.

and the idea that seems to be missing in all these conversations is the validity of the premise---that there is such a thing as a female trapped in a males body, or vice versa, to begin with. which is very much unlike dc's martin luther king jr being actually black, and susan b Anthony's being actually female.

A part of law is supposed to be about preventing that. The last time (in the US) that we did something like you are proposing, it was ADA. (Americans with Disabilities Act.) However, in my opinion, this subject has become a royal mess with some people. "Should" is an interesting word. It's different than "can" as in ability. I was at Raven's Stadium (otherwise known as M&T Bank stadium) not long back. If they wanted, they could change the facilities. That franchise has more than enough funds. Should they? Yes.
