This reoccurred to me but started out decades ago when I had some faith. Almost I guess. If I were god and came down and asked you - "What would you have me do ?" what would you say. Having thought about it I came to the conclusion that most people would say to kill. Of course racists and people at war would say kill all the Jews/Blacks/Whites/Orientals/Muslims, whatever. But discounting them, what will the rest say ? Looking at the people I have known, and I have been around some, it would be the same. Some would say kill those who do not pay their child support, don't have car insurance, and of course rapists and murderers. But the bottom line here is that you would be asking god to take away the lives he supposedly gave these people. But I can guarantee, from what I have seen, that over half of the responses to god saying "What would you have me do" would involve killing. This thread was supposed to be something else but it seems like it might take flight on its own. I will start another thread about what I wanted to talk about. It's just that I started to type it out and think about it. If I was god, what would you have me do ? That is the bottom line. T^T

Why would anybody say Kill to that question. Killing anybody is the last thing on my mind. I would ask God, why don't you take away the free will to choose from evil and good? And just make everybody good? I mean, what is the point of having that choice? Why do we need the choice of evil in this world? The choice to cause harm to others? Why? Is it necessary?

Wow. That is very revealing and I think disturbing. If you take away free will you are an automaton. A machine or computer with a program. At that point you are not human. Free will is one of the important things that define being human. In fact even being alive. Now, to drill you a bit, what about guys raping little boys in the ass and the cops are right there ordered not to interfere. Forgive them all and let them on the street ? Jeffery Daumer, forgive him ? I bet if you think about it there is at least one person on this planet that you would like to see dead. People who boil baby kittens, burn infants with cigars, come on. You might want to coddle them in prison with free dental and all this shit, even sex change operations but if you want to do that to them, those are the people I want executed. Dead. T^T

There's two answers (for me) to this: 1) If you were the Creator, I'd kill myself, right after swearing allegiance to Lucifer. 2) The actual Creator wouldn't ask this question. The Creator (of all entities) knows that the proper order is: He (for lack of a better pronoun) asks and I obey. It's that simple for me. Michael

What would I have you do? I would have you explain why things are the way they are, why is there evil, why are their rapists and murders, why is there disease and suffering? Basically, why did you make the world such a shitty place? Also why did you make/allow all the competing religions, how come you were so fucking cryptic about it, why the fuck didn;t you just make it blatantly clear that you were God in the first place.

And some people are born evil. We even have evil genes where people are more prone to evil than others. Wasn't this scientifically proven in heinous criminals? Cockroaches, definitely are. They're one of the most efficient waste recycling animals about. That does raise an observation of George Bernard Shaw's, though: I'd definitely want to ask Him why he likes beetles so much.
