Meanwhile, US treasuries always sell out in minutes (10 year notes, a good bellwether of debt/interest) and still at historically low rates. Also, your $8 loaf of bread in the US is a few lifetimes away. (.88 locally) One reason is that consumers will stop buying it long before it reaches $8 if you mean the standard basic loaf of white which is the implied...for a real comparison. (I haven't bought Wonder Bread in over 40 years)

It is ignored that they found plants for making both chemical and bio weapons. It is ignored that they found research facilities for developing nukes. It is ignored that Sadam did everything he could to convience his neighbors. All that counts is that they didn't find fully constructed nukes so even though he was acting on the information from the best in the world the montra grew that "Bush lied". Wrong because you followed the best advice avaliable is not the same as lying. He didn't trick anyone, most agreed with him, and some like Schumer didn't think there were nukes, but thought that any excuse to get rid of festering sore in the region was good enough.
