Re Obama/Bush tongue slips: For heaven's sake, people, if you follow anyone around long enough with a camera, s/he will say something goofy, especially if fatigue is a factor.

thompsonx, would you clarify? Is possession of the information a crime itself or can that possession of information be only considered evidence of some other crime?

I am pretty sure that the average high school chem teacher would posses that knowledge without it being a crime, unless, perhaps, they were seen in the company of known/suspected drug dealers??? What I saw in the courts was 'piling on' of charges making some, typically 5 year sentece expanded to 200 years.
If you followed the goings on in furgistan and read the doj reports you would see that the authorities often charge people with things that are not crimes. If you are ignorant of the law and/or cannot afford competent legal advice that is where the admonition to "try to get comfortable, get some spit on it and don't forget to breath" part comes in.
Up until fairly recently it was a crime to lie to a police officer. It wasn't until a politician got caught lying that the scotus (u.s. vs. alvarez)said the first ammendment says we amerikans have a right to lie.

Is there a video of him counting higher than 20?

Doesn't need to be...but then, you already knew that.

Thanks for trying to clarify that more me, thompsonx,

I'm afraid I'm not quite there yet with understanding. Can you explain it thusly?

If there was a spreadsheet with two columns, column A is called "Felony offence" and column B is called "Evidence", would possession of the knowledge of meth cooking methods be in column A or column B?

Felony offence | Evidence

Murder | Bloody knife, Fingerprints on the knife
Robbery | Victim's wallet in suspect's possession

Will you clarify?

My best guess is that it would go in both.
As an offense it would probably come under the heading of conspiracy.
As evidence...prima facia.

I will bet you can get closer to the number of states we have than Obama, his guess was 59.

Actually, Bama, Dumbo-Ears said there were 57 states (the exact number of Muslim Nations on the global map, back then).

Actually, you're both wrong. His claim was 60.

So, 50....7 (57), one left to go (58), Alaska (59) and Hawaii (60) was not allowed to go to.

Bit harsh to give Obama shit over that one, as his predecessor couldn't have counted higher than twenty without taking his strides off to count on his cock as well as his fingers and toes.

Cite? Other than your opinion? YouTube footage? Newspaper coverage? MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC?

since u asked here's a whole youtube page of bush flubs including trump calling bush "dumb as a rock"... all I had to type in the search box was "bush, dumb"

https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=bush%2C+dunb&spfreload=1

personally, I'd of added the "mission accomplished" videos to his list of stupid things he said......

Are any of them demonstrative and complementary to your claim...which is what I called you on...that he couldn't count higher than 20? Yeahhhhh...didn't think so.

first of all.... he had that covered when he said "even more few?"..... face it ...ur defense of bush is also such...LOL

second... u didn't call ME out on anything.......u asked for youtube footage of bush's lack of intelligence..... I gave u a simple search term to find what u (really didn't) wanted... why worry about ur petty bitch point when in fact, if u type "bush, stupid" in ANY search box and u get PLENTY of bush goofs to see..

since ur seeming of similar mind....just say'n

I agree, Dizzy. I was asking it as a question to see if my interlocutor's bold assertions could be contaminated with any revision. As it turns out, they were pure as can be.
