If they thought they could get away with it, they probaly would. Just like the other right wing Christian pastors who thought the shooting was a good thing. Religious radicals in any religion are dangerous to humanity.

Hasn't the LGBT community in Orlando already suffered enough by religious right wing radicals?

Ya figure the WBC intends to shoot a few more?

K.

And still a Moslem committs mass murder and you use idiots like this to attack Christians. And people wonder why we are losing ground agaisnt them.

concerning this Westboro group they wouldnt get away with this shit in my country they would be bashed sure the bashers would probably get arrested but they wouldnt come back thats for sure

They tried this garbage near here at the funeral of a young soldier killed in Iran.
The Sheriff contacted them, told them that people here get upset over disrespecting servicemen, and that he didn't have to manpower to spare to provide them with protection. They decided not to come.

There is good and bad in every religion. I don't care what religion it is. Anyone who uses religion to cause harm to others is a disgrace. It was a radical Muslim who shot up the gay club in Orlando, your right. That doesn't excuse the Christians who harm others in the name of religion either. If a Jew, Hindu or any other person was using their religion to cause harm, it would be the same thing. I don't think all Muslims or Christians are bad. There are a lot of good people in both. Just like there are bad apples in both as well.

www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2016/06/17/bill-maher-on-the-orlando-shooting-islam-is-the-problem.html I agree with Bill Maher on a lot of things. He doesn't just single out any one religion. He exposes them all for the war and hatred that they have all caused at one time or another.

WBC isn't even acknowledged by any Christian denomination, they were kicked out of the SBC and no other convention would take them in. Your first posts would have lead me to think that it was a right wing Christian group that murdered those people. While I find WBC to be a hateful and disgusting heretical "Christian" group they are not the same as the Islamic extremist who murder those people, and you are lumping them all together.

Termyn8or -> RE: Westboro Hate group to protest Orlando funerals (6/17/2016 11:22:50 PM)

Nobody has shot any of these people yet ?

Damn, we need a Yahoo group and get together.

Or something.

Maybe what it takes is for the police to say "Whatever happens happens motherfuckers, we won't be there, your call".

No witnesses for lawsuits no nothing. They can miscarry justice for these assholes just as well as for anyone else.

T^T

Charles6682 -> RE: Westboro Hate group to protest Orlando funerals (6/17/2016 11:27:02 PM)

The right wing Christian pastors who thought the shooting was a good thing are just as guilty as the right wing Muslim who pulled the trigger

littleclip -> RE: Westboro Hate group to protest Orlando funerals (6/17/2016 11:32:51 PM)

those that try to force their religious ideals and doctrines on others by force and hate are themselves closed minded and unwilling to see that others can be different. intolerance is the true enemy understanding and acceptance of others is the only weapon that is effective

The sheriff in the next county did exactly that, and they decided to stay home.

Funny I was under the impression that it was a radical Moslem who killed them, but never pass up a chance to take a shot at Chirstians.

The "suffered enough" portion might not refer to the Orlando shooting (Christians have done quite a bit to LGBT's over the years), or it might not be referring to Christians at all. On the scale of conservative to liberal, extreme/fundamental religious groups would definitely be conservative, placing them on the "far right" of the scale (assuming typical left/right labeling).

I think the LGBT community in Orlando has suffered a damn sight more from fucking Muslims. The Westboro Baptist Church may protest funerals, but Muslims fucking create them.

mrevibo -> RE: Westboro Hate group to protest Orlando funerals (6/18/2016 1:41:09 AM)

Yer muslim there wasn't exactly a right winger either. A registered 'rat, two time obama voter and supporter of Monica Lewinsky's boyfriend's wife.

Orlando gay nightclub shooter was a registered Democrat

Why not vote for the group that has made it their goal to convince the American people that scumbags like you don't even exist?

When he came over with his family, wasn't he one of those "little children" that President Dumbo-Ears keeps talking about that we're not supposed to be afraid of? It's too bad he wasn't an orphan, too. Maybe, that way, he wouldn't have heard all of those good things from his father about the Taliban (which became Al Qaeda ... which became ISIS).

Why not just shoot the fucking pricks? A defense of tyranny.

Cinnamongirl67 -> RE: Westboro Hate group to protest Orlando funerals (6/18/2016 8:02:00 AM)

Good Lord. These people from this cough cough church, would be quite foolish to show up.
Very possible if they do, we will hear about another mass shooting. Unbelievable. This is when the law is beyond stupid on free speech. They should be told, if you show up to disrespect the dead and families, you probably won't be ever going home. To purposely jab and open wounds deeper of suffering people should be the crime.
This shooting is a very sensitive subject to many many people. It does not just touch the gay community.
This Westboro is an insult to all humanity. Picketing a funeral has to be on the list of the most hateful, disgusting acts that people who say they are of faith could possibly do. This act could cause people in tremendous pain to snap.
And really as people, who could blame them if they did. Truly disgusting.
