Not in colloquial usage. The term "ex-convict" is usually used.

Technically you are right, but in the real world a word means what people take it to mean. But a true ex-convict would be someone who has their record expunged or wins on appeal, though that might not even be technically correct. It could be claimed that once the jury says guilty that is it. But that is not how people take it. You have to consider that.

But is she, and was it a comembership with her husband or is it like we have seen time after time, a shooter is declared to be a Repuclican NRA member and then when things simmer down it turns out not to be true. I can see it.
the cops get there, the shooting breaks out, one of the cops calls a time out and says "the most important thing we have to know is Are you an NRA member? Ok resume firing." Did the NRA announce her membership, did someone illegally hack thier membership files. Maybe she had NRA member tattoed on her forhead. It would seem that this would be so far down the cops list of priorities that is would come in after her position in the PTA. She may have been an NRA but then again this may be one of those proclimations that always come out and then prove to be false.

The motherfucker is off his rocker and that's all there is to it. And being drunk does not explain it. And if it is drugs, I have known people who would love to meet his doctor.

Look up Dr. Faymore in Ohio. I know the people who got busted with his stepson. His Mother ran the pharmacy right next door, and you could get anything you wanted. Maybe he found someone like that because unless you are seriously fucked up in the head, alcohol will not do that to you.
