Perhaps since it's already out there in public and she's upset about picture, so she's just showing us what she's upset about.

Although, such things, UNLESS she can identify the man who did it, don't know about other country's laws, I am pretty sure in mine, we can prosecute that dude if we can find out that he did it.

But if she has no idea who did it, then, it sucks, but best is to just ignore it and remove all pictures of herself off line.
