Caretakr i see that again you have come into a fora, and behaved poorly and ultimately self destructed....the exact pattern you did at the other place several years ago. Please heal. It is obvious that you have been really hurt, and that hurt is skewing your perception of the world. Your jaundiced outlook is only going to cause you more pain and more misery, and honestly i don't want that for you. You have wisdom and insight and humor. The core of your person is a good one, its just hard to see through all the prickly thorns you have grown around you. It is not hard to see a therapist, they can be really interesting, fun and you learn so much about why you behave the way you do, and you learn to see the role you played in your own life. It can be really empowering. If you choose not to get help i am afraid that you will always keep creating these painful emotionally destructive relationships...because as i said to you all those years ago "water seeks its own level"

I inquired as to what punishment ment and did for her. She replied that [husical punishment was a turn on for her and did nothing to make her do any better whereas positive reinforcement did help her improve. So, if she does something wrong, I do not punish her for it but if she does something right, she can have as much as she wants. It is simply does positive or negative reinforcement make her change and improve. Not every sub is the same and for some punishment is necessary, for others it is the last thing on the to do list if she has done something wrong.
