Ever wonder at how easy buttons are to push?
Or  how easily we allow it?

I  know, it's really amusing to watch him twisting panties, until people scream in rage. Such a waste of emotional energy.

Perhaps your emotional energy can be spent on something better at this point.  Step away from the computer and enjoy the real world for awhile.  It's a beautiful day outside, why waste it in an ongoing vitriolic exchange?

Exactly why ARE you my daddy then?  I'm really curious as to the motivations for your harpy stalking. Does it amuse you to push my buttons?

interesting perception... but hardly my reality.

In the case of Drama... one would consider such statements as foreshadowing of the plot.  The question is... does the drama continue or is your voice of reason take hold and it ends.

This is like those situations where an op promises to walk away from the thread.......and rarely does.

Why, KoM.....

I have never seen you sporting with the lads.... hmmm, what an image!  Not bad at all, I must say!  [;)]

justheather -> RE: Getting over it (7/23/2006 12:50:32 PM)

The problem with the BLOCK feature is that it's just so darn tempting to unblock and peek! It almost calls more attention to the person's post than if you had just left them unblocked.

Hey Puella, I got a puce colored bridesmaids dress for the wedding, and maybe we can talk KoM into being a groomsman?

KnightofMists -> RE: Getting over it (7/23/2006 1:00:05 PM)

yes... I agree... unfortuantely, he has reacted in such a way on occassion.  I find it hipocritical to be condemning of apparent weak submissives that seek or desire punishment to attone for guilt etc and label them as emotional weak.  But, it's apparently ok to demonstrate ones own emotional weakness and behave like a spoilt child not getting their way.  If I pushed his buttons it was only because of his own securities.  Which leads me to my point.  emotional weakness can come in all sorts of mannerism and behaviors.  But, emotional weak individuals have their buttons pushed often and they project responsibility on those they percieve as pushing the botton.  I wonder... What happen to Personal Responsibility and Accountablity of the Dominant?   I would think what is good for the goose is also good for the gander.... but to quote some wise words  "That is just me, I could be wrong"

I absolutely agree

I would also add that it really is not effective.  For example... if anyone happen to block you (which makes me wonder of their sanity, but hey some are not into beautiful and intelligent women)  mmmm I degress... anyways the point I was trying to make is that ... by quote you... your words would come to the eyes of the person that blocked you.  so really what is the purpose of blocking then.

puella -> RE: Getting over it (7/23/2006 1:10:25 PM)

groomsman... hmmmm ... maybe we should invoke the wisdom of Lordandmaster and see.. if there is some sort of le droit du deuxieme siegnieur... then yanno... hmmmmm  good lord, I might yet be tossed out of my life of celabcy... god help us all..

anyway.. yeah the dress idea.. i think all the girls should pick out their own gowns... thats the ticket, then no one gets stuck in something unbecoming!!... it just has to make you look a bit unpleasantly lumpy so I am still the belle of the ball and all that.

mtumwawaBwana -> RE: Getting over it (7/23/2006 1:11:57 PM)

sighs

i thought that by making sure my boobtube was off 10am to 2pm weekdays, i would be assured i would always miss soap operas???

how could i have been so wrong??

winks

sublizzie -> RE: Getting over it (7/23/2006 1:13:27 PM)

Puella,

Do you have any problem if I wear a chef's jacket instead of a dress? It's a whole lot easier to cater in the proper uniform.....

well we could dispense with the gowns and no girl needs to feel out of place.  Nothing like the raw beauty of woman in the flesh.
