ORIGINAL: Termyn8or This is last year's news. I knew about it back then. Of course they are going to try shit like this, they are ultrasickening liberals. They can't even find anyone to run against Feinstein, who wants your guns but to probably still have hers, or her armed guards. And I bet she has armed guards. Some of the "brothers" from LA would kill her for $500. And this microstamping was supposedly to be on the casings ? And imprinted by the gun ? Something like that. And what about revolvers which make it easy to keep your casings ? Or put it on the bullets, well someone must really know what they're doing to even suggest that. In the city, where gun use for legal purposes like to shoot a burglar are most likely to happen, they should only be allowed to use rounds like hollow points and such which are destroyed as they destroy the target and don't go through three walls and kill someone in the next apartment or even house. But the ultrasickening liberals don't think of these things. And I bet, at the risk of being again called a racist, these people who want to take the guns away live in White neighborhoods. That's right, I said it. Fuck anyone who doesn't like it. Look where all the crime is, look where all the shootings are. White people don't usually shoot each other except for a few nuts shooting up schools or another driver over a parking spot. They are generally on psyche drugs. It keeps coming out after the fact, but it keeps coming out. And the people who want to take the guns away want to keep theirs. The Waffle House. Two thugs, the color of whom shall remain nameless, pulled an armed robbery at a place called the Waffle House. A legal armed Citizen with a CCW killed one of the and the other ran off. He was caught later. The cousin of the dead thug went public calling for more gun control because her cousin might still be alive now. HE WAS PULLING AN ARMED ROBBERY ! He belongs dead. But I agree with her because is the guy who killed that thug was trained better he might have been able to shoot both of them. I am also getting to the point where I don't support background checks. Not when they can make selling a nickel bag of weed a felony. I think I would go with an intelligence test though. Though I am about to go and burn one, I smoke very little these days. But I support your right to do so to your heart's content. We either stand together or fall apart. I can't even fathom the idea of touching another Man in a sexual way, but I support those who do because again, we either stand together or fall apart. I think people who "accidentally" shoot people or themselves while cleaning a gun should just ot have one anymore, but it should be their choice. And their family's and friends. If you want background checks, let the community do them, not the government. Let the people who have to live around them make the decision, not some officials living in ivory towers with a political agenda. Fuck them people. But of late you seem to be bringing up old news. Some site no doubt is putting them together and you are reading. While what you say is true, the court may have already ruled and they don't know. Actually I just checked and found this : http://www.breitbart.com/california/2015/10/01/appeal-filed-micro-stamping-california-guns/ The decision was made and apparently appealed. I am pretty sure Castle Law Doctrine came into effect AFTER 2007, so this appeal might stick and strike down the original ruling. They are apparently awaiting a ruling. No court wants to be overturned so the appeal might just be successful. If not, there are still alot of limitations. First of all guns have been being manufactured in this country for over a hundred years and that law only applies to brand new semi-automatics. It is of course useless on revolvers because the shooter can easily keep the shells. (for later reloading possibly, one of the things that make a revolver attractive, with a semi-auto that thing goes flying, in fact shooting ranges pick them up and reload them and sell them at a profit) This is just another ultrasickening liberal move, what did you expect from California where you can get fined for letting your grass turn brown and fined for watering it ? (and this happened to a US military base, what do you think they would do to you ?) A state where they have to build special cars with 0.001 % less emissions and you aren't even allowed to change to better spark plugs without a special variance. Where they wanted to collect sales tax from all states and almost drove Amazon out of there. If I was Amazon I would have moved to Oregon and told them to go fuck themselves and pay our ex-employees welfare now bitch. But that's just me. California was the place to be years ago, but the real talent is moving out. Engineers, the good ones, are going to red states, which by the way are ot welfare states. Ultrasickening liberals say they get more form the government but there are two things about that they won't respond to. One is that people retire in red states. Some of them for racial reasons. Others for the climate being warm, or dry or whatever. Another thing is that many of these farm subsidies, including the ones that pay farmers NOT to grow something, were fully supported by the democrats in government. So I just don't want to hear it. Buncha shit. And seriously, people with skills are leaving and are going to leave behind a welfare state. Tenth largest economy in the world ? Well where does the whole US stand in that ranking and what is its GDP to debt ratio ? What's more, remove the bank profits and then refigure that ratio. Then it makes Greece look like Germany. The US just has a bigger credit card, and what liberals do not understand is that it has to run out sometime. And California wants the guns for the same reason every other politician does, because they know who deserves to get shot. Them. So, we'll see the results of this appeal of last year and then see what happens. It also depends on the election. If we get appointment(s) who are anti-gun that is one thing, but if we get those who support the second amendment then this California law will be struck down. They can easily claim that if you allow this you can charge a ten grand tax on every gun, keeping the out of the range of normal Citizens. Here's a little factoid forya. Ever go to court and have to pay a "copying" fee for documents ? Well that has been successfully fought and they have to give them out for free. These documents are a tool for justice, and if you can charge a dollar you can charge a million dollars, thus yielding real justice only to the rich. Worse than a poll tax. I knew people who did it. Unfortunately almost all of the people who REALLY knew how to handle this government are dead. But they were old, and no, the government did not kill them. Basically, you will not catch me dead in California, no matter what. The time to be there was back in the days of the "Beverly Hillbillies". That was what, 1963 ? And Arnold signing that law, well that is what you get when you elect actors. Same shit with Reagan, whatever he did wrong is the People's fault because they elected him. Why do you elect an actor ? And Jesse Ventura ? He didn't last long. And now they're going to elect Hillary Clinton because she is a better actor, just never got her break into the business. Well kinda. T^T I brought this up for a few. 1. The appeal, but I couldn't get that story to link so I used the one I did. 2. They want to use this for revolvers which just stupid because as you said you don't leave shell casings behind with them. 3. Maryland just last year stopped their program of requiring a test round so they could connect the shell casing to the gun since after 15 years and 5 million dollars they hadn't help solve a single case with this. NY cut off funding for the same program in 2012 because they also found it was worthless. 4. In another thread I was asked for proof than anyone in Ca would want to ban guns if it was declared to not be a individual right.
