ORIGINAL: Kirata When class warfare never really got off the ground in a prosperous country like the United States, a bunch of neo-Marxists realized that any division in a society could be manipulated to bring it down and pave the way for their Socialist utopia. Gender, race, anything would do. But here in America, fomenting racial hatred would seem to be the most promising strategy. They've even managed to convince a cadre of useful whites to join the battle against insidious "white evil" in the name of all that is noble and good. Are you asking us to believe that racism or racist discrimination against African Americans didn't exist before this sinister "neo-Marxist" plot? It would be difficult to manipulate divisions in a society if they didn't first exist, don't you think? For future reference, it's called English. K. Methinks you are suffering a severe case of white-out if you believe we are a society without classes: Old money, entrepreneurial, speculators, small business, corporate management, entertainment royalty, blue collar, working poor, dirt poor, incarcerated. However, you slice and dice it, we have a class-demarked society. The best you can say is we have excellent upward mobility. Would you not agree to that? You cannot crow about upward mobility if you do not have a class structure in place. However, try as they might, the Kirata grandchildren will likely not be admitted to Groton.
