Probably because she was promising to kick out all the legal white people and have zero tolerance for the trade imbalances with Canada and England.

Do you know what La Raza means when tranlated to English?

its a "truism" in lefty circles that only white people can be racist.

"Democrats Remain Stuck On Stupid"

quote:

In the aftermath of another devastating electoral loss, Democrats have not learned their lessons very well. In the U.S. Senate, Democrats elected 66-year old Chuck Schumer of New York as their Minority Leader, replacing the outgoing Harry Reid of Nevada. Schumer will offer more East Coast liberal leadership to a party that desperately needs to move ideologically to the center and geographically to the country’s heartland.

In an even worse move, House Democrats re-elected super liberal Nancy Pelosi of San Francisco as their Minority Leader. Pelosi has been leading House Democrats since 2003 and has been at the helm as her party has lost control of the House. Despite her horrible track record, Pelosi defeated Representative Tim Ryan of Ohio by a comfortable 134-63 margin in a closed-door session. In response to Pelosi’s re-election, Donald Trump’s Campaign Manager Kellyanne Conway tweeted, "What a relief. I was worried they had learned from the elections & might be competitive and cohesive again."

Of course, Conway is right: Democrats remain stuck on stupid. Instead of expanding their base, they chose to remain wedded to political correctness and hard core liberal leadership. Soon, they will name a new Democratic National Committee Chairman, and the leading candidate is radical Congressman Keith Ellison (D-MN), a former spokesman for the Nation of Islam, who once praised anti-Semitic Minister Louis Farrakhan as a “role model for youth.”

If Ellison is elected, the Democrats will have the type of leadership team that will have little chance to win back Rust Belt voters who defected to Trump in the presidential election. Hillary Clinton was unable to inspire blue collar Democrats and they voted for Trump in surprising numbers, even turning Michigan into a red state...

Democrats are now in the minority in both the House and Senate in the U.S. Congress. On Saturday December 10, it will get even worse for Democrats as Louisiana voters will almost certainly elect Republican State Treasurer John Kennedy to the Senate seat. This will give Democrats only 48 seats in the upper body, a major disappointment. This was the year that Democrats were supposed to make huge inroads in the Senate, since Republicans were defending 24 of 34 seats. Instead they will gain a mere two seats. On the House side, the Republicans will control approximately 241 seats, a strong majority once again.

Democrats have also suffered greatly at the state level with only 18 governors and the control of only 13 state legislatures. In fact, the Democratic Party of 2016 is a minority party with power bases on both coasts and in major cities. In between, the country is a sea of red as exemplified by the Trump presidential victory. He won 306 electoral votes in 31 states, whereas Hillary Clinton only won 232 electoral votes in 19 states...

Maybe sensible Democrats will realize that the Obama presidency has harmed their party tremendously, leading to losses throughout the country. The President’s agenda has been rejected by the American people who do not like his policies such as Obamacare, higher taxes, more regulation, open borders and amnesty for illegal aliens.

As president, Trump is promising to pursue popular policies that will turn back many of these Obama initiatives. This will only increase the troubles for the Democrat Party moving forward.

Democrats are no longer the party of the working class, but the party of radical progressives, illegal aliens and special interests. In this election, Trump captured working class support from voters in Rust Belt states that had not voted for the GOP in a generation or more. Clearly, Trump will need to deliver for the working-class voters who entrusted him with the White House; however, assuming he is successful, the Democrats may be in the political wilderness for many years to come.

bounty44 -> RE: Clinton concedes (12/8/2016 6:43:46 AM)

"Democrats: From Temper Tantrum to Self-Delusion"

(written by larry elder, a black man---oh, that uncle tom!)

quote:

Hard to believe, but Hillary Clinton's campaign team thinks they lost because Donald Trump ignited America's inner bigot, [as do so many of the comrades here] which caused the KKK and Aryan Brotherhood members and sympathizers to show up in droves and vote Trump.

Following Mitt Romney's 2012 defeat, Democrats and pundits predicted GOP defeats as far as the eye could see, because there aren't enough white voters for Republicans to win. But now the narrative is, "Trump won by appealing to white voters." Could they please pick one and stick to it?

That's the takeaway from the Harvard quadrennial postmortem in which the two campaign camps participated. About Steve Bannon, Trump's campaign CEO, Clinton communications director Jennifer Palmieri said, "If providing a platform for white supremacists makes me a brilliant tactician, I am glad to have lost. ... I would rather lose than win the way you guys did."

To this Kellyanne Conway, Trump's campaign manager, angrily responded, "No, you wouldn't. That's very clear ... respectfully. No, you wouldn't. ... Jenn ... do you think I ran a campaign where white supremacists had a platform? Are you going to look me in the face and tell me that?"

"It did, Kellyanne. It did," countered Palmieri.

Astonishing.

Fact: Based on exit polls, Trump got a lower percentage of the white vote than Mitt Romney did in 2012, and a higher percentage of the black vote and the Hispanic vote than Romney. Initial post-election tabulations find that nationwide, Trump won 209 of the 676 counties that voted for Barack Obama twice -- in both 2008 and 2012. And he won another 194 of the 207 counties that Obama took only once -- in either 2008 or 2012. Did a raft of white supremacists move in and change the vote? Or did the voters' latent racism suddenly erupt in 2016?...

Fact: In a nation that the Clinton camp believes teems with white supremacists, Obama, in 2008, got a higher percentage of the white vote than Democratic candidate John Kerry in 2004. But in 2016, whites came down with an acute case of what CNN's Van Jones called "whitelash," a reaction against, as he put it, "a changing country" and "a black president." Now it is true that Obama did not get a majority of the white vote. But the last presidential election in which Democrats won the white vote was in 1964. The majority of voting white Americans don't want a white Democrat or a black Democrat sitting in the Oval Office.

This assumption of vast American white supremacy mirrors the exceptions of many black politicians when, back in the '90s, the Supreme Court struck down and demanded redistricting of Southern congressional districts that had been specifically designed to increase black representation in the House of Representatives. Elaine Jones of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund said, "Once this decision goes through, you'll be able to hold the Black Congressional Caucus in the back of a taxicab." But contrary to the dreary predictions, every black Southern congressperson who decided to run for re-election -- despite having to try and retain a seat in a much more white congressional district -- won his or her race...

Memo to the "racism, racism everywhere" crowd: Whites are as proud of slavery and Jim Crow as Germans and Austrians are of Adolf Hitler.

If Democrats truly believe that racism carried the day for Trump, they're even more out of touch than initially thought. Given that line of reasoning, they will be hard-pressed to get back the middle-class and working-class Americans they lost this cycle.

If Democrats think Trump won by "catering to racists," just wait until the economy improves under Trump, and more Latinos and blacks stop voting like victicrats. Just wait until blacks and Hispanics start voting to continue the policies that caused an improvement in their economic conditions and for education policies like Trump's pro-voucher stance.

Then Democrats will really start losing.

mnottertail -> RE: Clinton concedes (12/8/2016 8:03:41 AM)

Oh, no communist nutsuckers townhall has no facts, they certainly have propaganda and meaningless data from which to hook, line and sinker the feebleminded felchgobbling nutsuckers.

Of the people that voted for Trump (the minority)
8% of black voters voted Trump (2016) Total popular vote 62, 844, 908
6% of black voters voted Romney (2012) Total popular vote 60, 934,000

The innumeracy of nutsuckers is astounding.

FACT: Nothing in the way of fact says more black people voted in 2016 than 2012.
FACT: Nutsuckers worked hard for voting restrictions and registered voter dumping in the leadup to the election:
https://www.brennancenter.org/voting-restrictions-first-time-2016

Two plausible and credible conclusions may be made from this data.
(they are not fact, but then they are not asswipe from a slobberblog that has no shot at credible citations for their propaganda)

Less blacks voted in 2016 than 2012
Less blacks voted for Trump than Romney.

If you had a job, you would be fired, if your felchgobbling was an attempt at useful discourse or to supposedly demonstrate a point of something, you have failed miserably, as usual.

bounty44 -> RE: Clinton concedes (12/29/2016 1:56:01 PM)

more of the same of what ive posted here, but worth repeating:

(its most definitely like the author just spent the recent past looking at the forum here---which is really to say, the comrades are like this all over.)

"Some New Year’s Resolutions for Our Progressive Pals"

quote:

The year 2016 was a great one for our progressive friends – except for that whole utter repudiation unpleasantness of last November. Now, as a concerned conservative friend eager to help, let me offer you some New Year's resolutions that will keep you on the path to success. The bottom line: stay the course!

Keep Reaffirming the Racism/Sexism/Homophobia and Other Moral Failings of Everyone Who Doesn't Obey the Rigid Yet Constantly Mutating Laws of Political Correctness: It's vital that you continue, at every turn, to label normal Americans "racists," “sexists” and all the other “-ists” and “-phobes” in your Big Book O’ Liberal Slurs. Remember, concerns about crime are secret dog whistles to the tens of millions of wannabe KKK members lurking out there. Americans actually love being robbed! You know why we pretend we don't like dismembering babies and selling their parts? Because we hate strong women. You caught us! And having people smash airplanes into buildings and open fire at random citizens are just a few of our favorite things. We only blame these acts on the radical Muslims who are actually doing them because of our unreasoning hatred of Muslims. There's no fooling you! If we weren’t such Islamophobes, we’d focus on the bloody death toll from those radical Baptists. So keep it up, and never, ever, pass up an opportunity to tell normal Americans how they fail to meet your exacting standards. With enough abuse, those Trump voters you lost last time will definitely come around and start supporting Democrats again!

Slam Israel: Who needs Jewish voters in your coalition anymore? You’ve got urban hipsters and illegal aliens, frigid divorcees and welfare cheats, plus a declining number of blacks and more urban hipsters, so those embarrassing friends of the Zionist Entity are totally expendable. Let them go join the GOP, with its unflinching support for evil Israel against the uncorrupt democracies surrounding it. When your delegates booed Israel (and God) at your convention, it was a great way to start this super-helpful conversation. Keep it up. Remember, every time you stab Israel in the back, several CAIR members will escort their wives out to go vote for Democrats.

Leverage Hollywood Star Power: As you know, all normal Americans believe Hollywood stars are powerful role models who we should emulate in our personal and political lives. Want to energize new voters? Well, those tatt-ridden, gangsta rap stars supporting Hillary sure made me want to bust a move – right into the voting booth to elect some Dems! And don’t forget to have Lena Dunham go out there to lecture us about her personal insights on politics and childcare. She’s America’s preeminent feminist icon – I know that pic of her lolling on a beach dressed as a manatee made me reconsider my standards of female beauty. After that, I’ll never again deploy my male gaze!

Jesusplain More: Christians definitely appreciate it when they get instructed on the tenets of their faith by someone whose most recent religious observance was driving past a Church's Fried Chicken. We believers somehow missed how the RNC was calling Trump “Jesus,” but it didn’t get by you theologians! Good catch! Clearly, people you hold in contempt for being dedicated to Christ are going to commit blasphemy by labeling Trump “Jesus” because…reasons. Way to untangle that cunning plot to do…something. Anyway, thanks to you, I now also know that Jesus was a free n' easy hippie whose teachings just happen to correspond exactly to the tenets of the Democratic Party – except for some of that awkward stuff that requires actual belief in Jesus. Under your tutelage, I finally get that thou shall not demand that deadbeats worketh, nor shalt thy resisteth 7th Century savages. Also, apparently He demandeth that grown men dressed like women shall exposeth themselves aroundeth our young daughters. Who knew? You guys should keep this up. You're building a lasting impression among religious Americans – you know, the key segment of the American population that isn’t barren.

Heat-Up the Climate Change Frenzy: It must be frustrating when stupid #Science-hating normals refuse to accept that global warming is a crisis requiring we immediately give you liberals more power and money. This isn’t the first time these dummies have refused to listen to the settled #Science – they didn’t listen in the 70s when you demanded more money and power to stop the imminent ice age, or in the 80s when you demanded more money and power to stop the ozone hole apocalypse, or in the 90s when you demanded more money and power to stop the acid rain Armageddon. Keep it up! Who knows, maybe it will actually get hotter and you’ll have some evidence – it totally could happen this time!

Don't Hide Your Feelings On Social Media. Social media allows you the opportunity to freely express what you really think to a vast audience – use it! Once, you could only say what you really think in little groups at Manhattan cocktail parties or cafés in Los Angeles, or publish it in obscure magazines no normals ever read. Well, now you can tweet your innermost thoughts and have those views go viral! It used to be a secret that you thought we are idiots for having religious beliefs, but not anymore! Your desire to confiscate guns had to be hidden with weasel words in public, but now you are no longer restrained. In fact, you can loudly and publicly wish us harm – we love being told you can’t wait for us to die off so you can take total control of the country (except, being breeders, we have kids, but that’s another story). This open exchange of ideas is wonderful, and we urge you to continue it.

Keep Nominating Ancient Leftists Whose Massive Criminal Endeavors Appall All Decent Folk. Let me say it – Hillary Clinton was a terrific candidate for the Democrats, at least from my perspective as a Republican. Honest, warm, self-less, able to connect with regular people – these qualities are totally overrated in a nominee. Okay, she had some baggage, but the problem with Hillary wasn’t her corruption – it was that the darn FBI and those darn Russians kept telling people about her corruption. Work harder with the mainstream media to ensure that we are no longer exposed to the kind of “fake news” that reveals what your candidates are actually doing. Most journalists will be eager to help!

Be the Sorest of Sore Losers: Or should I say, sore winners, since Hillary obviously crushed Trump in the popular vote election we didn’t have. Keep being angry! Talk nonstop about how Trump is illegitimate – we’ve already totally forgotten that whole thing about how not promising to recognize the validity of the election results is un-American. And oppose everything Trump does – everything! After all, people don’t want change. The last eight years have been terrific for everyone who matters – just ask Obama!

Look, you hit a few unexpected bumps in the road in 2016 – I mean, who could have foreseen that nominating someone under FBI investigation might turn out badly? But there’s nothing wrong with what you’re doing – the problem isn’t you. It’s everyone else, especially those stupid, racist, gun nut Jesus people who aren’t bright enough to understand that you are entitled to rule over them. So don’t ever change. Stay the course. Oh gosh, please, please, please, by all means, stay the course.

"Anthony Bourdain: Snobby Liberals' Hatred For Red State America Caused The Rise Of Trump"

quote:

...The No Reservations/Parts Unknown host, and ardent liberal, sat down with Alexander Bisley of Reason and offered this critique of his side that’s often missed in post-election analyses by the Left...:

quote:

Bisley: You're a liberal. What should liberals be critiquing their own side for?

Bourdain: There's just so much. I hate the term political correctness, the way in which speech that is found to be unpleasant or offensive is often banned from universities. Which is exactly where speech that is potentially hurtful and offensive should be heard.

The way we demonize comedians for use of language or terminology is unspeakable. Because that's exactly what comedians should be doing, offending and upsetting people, and being offensive. Comedy is there, like art, to make people uncomfortable, and challenge their views, and hopefully have a spirited yet civil argument. If you're a comedian whose bread and butter seems to be language, situations, and jokes that I find racist and offensive, I won't buy tickets to your show or watch you on TV. I will not support you. If people ask me what I think, I will say you suck, and that I think you are racist and offensive. But I'm not going to try to put you out of work. I'm not going to start a boycott, or a hashtag, looking to get you driven out of the business.

The utter contempt with which privileged Eastern liberals such as myself discuss red-state, gun-country, working-class America as ridiculous and morons and rubes is largely responsible for the upswell of rage and contempt and desire to pull down the temple that we're seeing now.

I've spent a lot of time in gun-country, God-fearing America. There are a hell of a lot of nice people out there, who are doing what everyone else in this world is trying to do: the best they can to get by, and take care of themselves and the people they love. When we deny them their basic humanity and legitimacy of their views, however different they may be than ours, when we mock them at every turn, and treat them with contempt, we do no one any good. Nothing nauseates me more than preaching to the converted. The self-congratulatory tone of the privileged left—just repeating and repeating and repeating the outrages of the opposition—this does not win hearts and minds. It doesn't change anyone's opinions. It only solidifies them, and makes things worse for all of us.
We should be breaking bread with each other, and finding common ground whenever possible. I fear that is not at all what we've done…

(now, nothing like that goes on here does it!)

and then amazingly, after the "breaking bread" reference, he talks about how he wouldn't eat at any of the trump restaurants nor would he eat with trump himself.

bounty44 -> RE: Clinton concedes (1/3/2017 6:03:38 AM)

more of the same---keep it up liberals!

"Suggestions For Liberals in 2017"

quote:

Because the Democrat Party continues to implode, I thought it would be helpful to write my third annual “Suggestions for Liberals” column. So here goes:

Understand that political correctness and despotism go hand-in-hand. The First Amendment makes America a politically-incorrect zone, so deal with it. That means everyone gets to voice their opinion, not just those with whom you happen to agree. Political correctness is just another word for control. As Voltaire said, “To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize.” Hale-and-hearty debate helps make America great, so try joining the conversation. After all, a conversation only works if it’s more than just you-sided.

Use a dictionary. Dictionaries are cheap. Look up the difference between racism and prejudice. You’ll quickly come to understand that everyone is prejudiced…biased…predisposed in one way or another. Some people prefer city life and designer clothes while others, small towns and Carhartt jeans. In the same way, a person’s life experiences might motivate him to cross the street if he sees a light-skinned person on a dark night or maybe a dark-skinned person in the daylight if either is wearing sagging pants and angled baseball caps. That’s prejudice.

Conversely, racism is when someone believes their race is superior to others. Racism is abhorrent. It’s also rare. What’s not rare, however, is how often liberals hurl accusations of racism to silence their opposition.

Practice tolerance…really. It would be wise to forgo labeling Republicans as “intolerant” until you deal with your own intolerance. Remember the black church burning in Mississippi that had “Vote Trump” spray painted on it? WJTV12 reports that a black member of the congregation did it, not the white Trump supporter leftists conjured in their heads. And Mlive.com reports the Muslim University of Michigan student who said a man threatened to light her on fire if she didn’t remove her hijab was lying and ABC7 reports the swastikas and KKK graffiti at New York’s Nassau Community College was done by a student, Jasskirat Saini, not a skinhead.

Support police. The Thin Blue Line is under attack and in large part, it’s your party’s fault. As the executive director of the National Association of Police Organizations, William Johnson, said after the execution of five Dallas cops last July: The Obama administration’s “continued appeasement at the federal level with the Department of Justice, their appeasement of violent criminals, their refusal to condemn movements like Black Lives Matter…all the while blaming police for the problems in this country has led directly to the climate that has made Dallas possible.”

The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund reports that in 2016 “law enforcement fatalities nationwide rose to their highest level in five years.” Of 135 officers killed, 64 deaths were firearms-related and of the 64, 21 were killed ambush-style. Deplorable.

Understand Jesus was not a Democrat Jesus wasn’t into politics, but if he was, he wouldn’t be a Democrat. Here’s why: Jesus wouldn’t be an environmentalist because that would break his First Commandment. And Hollywood idol worship would break his second. The Third Commandment would’ve stopped him from booing at the DNC Convention. And being pro-choice would break the sixth. You get my point. Implying that Jesus was a liberal is what happens when you contort the Bible to fit your politics rather than form your politics based on Biblical values.

Continue embracing Progressivism. The Democratic Party is riding Clark Griswold’s super-slick saucer on a lightning-quick slide toward irrelevance thanks to Progressivism which overtook the party. Besides losing the 2016 presidential election, since 2008, Democrats have lost 35.7 percent of governorships,10.2 percent of Senate seats, 19.3 percent of House seats and 20.3 percent of state legislatures reports Washington Post’s Philip Bump. The way I see it, your loss is America’s gain, so above all, continue what you’re doing.

Sure hope this helps.
