popeye1250 -> The "Left." (11/19/2016 3:15:22 PM)

They need to get rid of a bunch of things and get some new things.
It's pretty hard to take them seriously when their adherents need *CRAYONS* and *TEDDY BEARS* because Trump won!
"Oh, and send in some TAMPONS too."
First thing they need to get rid of is that "political correctness" that only they took seriously. That's like an argument from a petulant child about why he/she doesn't want to clean their room.
It's like they were waving flags at everyone but no-one cared,... or noticed.
Can YOU think of some things that we can suggest to them to help them grow up?
The days of the temper tantrum are rapidly coming to an end.

But it's also the case that many objections to Trump and the voters who elevated him to the presidency are so broad that they risk overshooting the mark. In this respect, the response to Trump radicalizes certain distressing and counter-productive intellectual tendencies and argumentative habits that were already all too common among liberals long before the election — tendencies and habits that contributed in important ways to Trump's shocking triumph at the polls on Nov. 8.

I'm talking about the propensity of liberals to deem certain political opinions automatically illegitimate, out of bounds, and unacceptable. The urge toward exclusion is a perennial possibility of politics. That's because politics takes place on two levels. On one level is the back and forth of partisan conflict, involving persuasion, argument, electoral battles, triumphs, and defeats. On this level, pretty much anything goes as long as it abides by the rules of the political game. But there's also a second, more fundamental level of politics that involves a competition over who gets to set the rules, the boundaries of what is publicly acceptable, in the first place — and precisely where those boundaries will be positioned.

Reinstate the draft.

Nnanji -> RE: The "Left." (11/19/2016 4:04:00 PM)

My 80 something mother just went through some things. As a result I was sent a trunk of stuff that had been at her house. In the trunk was my original draft card. How I hated that thing. How I hated that the government required I list all of my friends and neighbors for them so they could find me if I dodged. I don't think we need a draft, even a universal one now that women are in combat roles. Maybe if there is an existential threat we have to gear up for nationally.

Yet, I also see that you can't graduate high school now, at least in California, unless you have X amount of hours of community service. That idea appalled me upon first hearing it. But, maybe a post-high school service somehow. Then the high schools can get back to the three R's. Doesn't have to be military. But it could be military. If that happened, I'd say that any dreamer or other illigal that does a hitch in the military should go to the head of the line for citizenship.

Well, the main thing has already been done: the election of Trump. With such a clearly adult and deeply wise, fair man, leading the country, liberals will eventually come to realise that his profound sagacity so completely overshadows their immature beliefs that these beliefs will inevitably dissipate. Indeed, liberals will be glad to give up their beliefs, with Trump now like a shining beacon, liberating from their false consciousnesses.

I think that Trump should make a path to citizenship via the military somehow.

But i think it would be good for these kids to at least have to be in the National Guard for 2 years after high school. They really need something like that.

AQRMZ -> RE: The "Left." (11/19/2016 4:22:35 PM)

When I was in the AF my roommate was from Mexico city and getting his citizenship for his 4 years active duty.

I am all for it and it should happen with help from our gov't.

AQRMZ -> RE: The "Left." (11/19/2016 4:24:37 PM)

AND WHEN IT COMES TO THE SNOTTIETAILE HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO READ AND SHIT ON THIS GUY.
What snottietale posts is below the ++++ line and look at his crap.

I am saying, Well snottie taile, you have an incredibilityabilitie to speak in tongues, probably you are so good with tongues because of your expertize using yours in the nether regions of skunks and possums, Here is some examples of your ongoing expertise. A seriously good reason for any competent reader to ignore all of you rants and ramblings. You should write a book and send it to the klintions and their ilck to review for the next politicial run that their daughter is thinking about.
About snottietail, he is a moron with limited vocabulary skills,
just read what he spews for proof of that.
No intelligent person would believe anything that he says.
His handlers will come for him soon and give him an anal cleansing both top and bottom,
but he will be back just like a regular peskie diarerriatical bowel movement

It is, I would imagine, embarrassing to be politicaliey on the same side as him.
WHAT SNOTTIE TAIL POSTS IS BELOW, ENJOY THE ORIGIONALITY OF HIS OBSENITIVES
and he is saying and I quote,
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
"You are, like all nutsuckers, an ignorant, imbecilic, felchgobbler, I hope that is not too politically correct for you, since you toiletlickers disdain it so. Not a one of you motherfuckers has a fact at your disposal regarding anything, you are collectively one retard.

Again, hope the liberals or left political correctness does not impinge on your toiletlicking.
and with your cirlefelch coven, there aint nary a difference amongst you factless, imbecilic nutsuckers its one tongue in anothers ass daisychained and felchgobbling and that is the sum of it.
You are the one with the tortured logic. You, as all you nutsuckers do, see no line between government and private citizenry.

But do give me the untortured logic of Voter ID and how it has no commerce with the amendment.
dogshit44 swoops in to energize the circlefelch, an ignorant fucker he is indeed, old shitgobbler44.

But we are not talking about your felching abilities nor your circlefelch coven, we are telling you that Voter ID is unconstitutional as it stands.

accept the facts, and move on. dont harass and riot and felchgobble
you were said good riddance to long ago, welfare patient, nobody hears you
Limited vocabulary skills he says, cant spell a two bit word, thing about AQRMZfelchgobbler is he is a fucking retard sock, comes around in different guises with stolen pictures, he really is a $2 dick sucking crackwhore in some southern welfare state or some other such toothless place.
Thing is, he hasn't got shit for brains, but likes to pud pound like he is worth more than his job at the local gas station licking the toilet seats.
It doesnt bother me I just get a chance to tell you what a syphilitic brained felchgobber you are, and that I will let you know gives me wood you fucking retard.
Yeah, you nutsuckers get a lot of votes in your head, but you are a retard that way. You need to get back on your meds, wilbur, you are starting to turn into a horses ass again, you will never be any more intelligent that a horses, but your breath wont stink as bad.

What part of shall not be denied or abridged don't you imbecilic nutsuckers understand?
Thats right and you can require any sort of free 'proof' you like, the operative word here being 'free' I would imagine even nutsuckers have some small understanding of that word. Unless taxation is 'free', then you are even stupider than anyone has ever believed, and they believe you are pretty fucking stupid, believe us all.

So, How about a publishers clearing house mailer? The walmart flyer from the mailbox? Yanno, without cost or payment to anyone who votes. Charge it to the people who dont vote. That would be fine. But once they vote, you have to refund that money, and you may not increase the government debt in the process, because somebody somewhere has to pay that at some time.

Fruits and vegetables is not your forte. Wholly inept.
Point 1 : Citation needed.
Point 2 : They call the Republican Party the "Grand Old Party" as it tracks right back to the Democratic Republican Party that existed at the same time the Constitution was being written. Or, you are just confused since it is the radical socialist fringe of the Democratic Party that keeps insisting on tearing down the country.
Point 3 : WTF would Susan Wright have to do with the topics being discussed? Or, was a Texas murderess some kind of strange non sequitur?

1. pervasive
2 the republican party does not track back to the DRP. You are confused by the factless propaganda of the nutsuckers in the republican party who are in no wise and under any circumstance related to the party of Lincoln.
3. there may be more than one Susan Wright in the world, with one being a nutsucker slobberblogger, and a nobody.

Special 4. Your non sequiturs are naive, and profoundly useless in every way.
Dogshit44 does not understand English. He is unsuccessfully perpetuating the myth that his felchgobbling shares commerce with thought.

And once more for the fucking retards.

Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote in any primary or other election for President or Vice President, for electors for President or Vice President, or for Senator or Representative in Congress, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any State by reason of failure to pay any poll tax or other tax.
Section 2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

If you are 'giving away' these IDs, to such welfare felchgobblers such as dogshit44 who is a drain on America's citizenry, someone is being charged a tax to pay for that. (That would be me, not a nutsucker such as dogshit44 who, on welfare because nobody will hire him, because he is stupid, as well as a felchgobbling cretin, is the one that gets the 'freebie', while others must pay for his douchecanoery.

Well you say, then make that waste of oxygen dogshit44 buy an ID to vote, get the money somehow. Then dogshit44 is absolutely paying a poll tax. (which of course he would have to rob the money from someone to do so, being a fucking welfare patient who cannot get a job because of his feeble mindedness and vile and disgusting person.)

*NB: the second amendment only says abridged, the 24th says denied or abridged. Much stronger language that even nutsuckers cant get their mouths around to felchgobble.
The 24th amendment precludes it at the state level as a requirement as well.

Not going to bother. You dont read. I do. You felch nutsucker slobber blogs as though they are worthy of consideration or discourse, and do not critically think about the asswipe you post.
I know how to reason and argue, and if that is what you think I am doing with you feebleminded nutsuckers, you are mistaken. I am denigrating and deriding your ignorance and wanton retardation.

Why havent they thrown your disgusting, vile ass off this site yet? Whose dick are you sucking dogshit44?
Tell you what shitlicker, if I want any lip off of you, I will scrape it off my zipper. Dont quote nutsucker slobber blogs with nutsucker slobber blogs.

you need to get that syphilis looked at, its in your brain, wilbur.
What a bunch of fucking asswipe. Republicans have prevented votes all over this country, dropping registered voters by the 100s of thousands, for no reason.

The nutsuckers were born of corruption and are committed to destroying the foundations of this country.

nutsucker slobber blogs by the nobody susan wright are still nutsucker slobber blogs of no value.
About snottietail, he is a moron with limited vocabulary skills,
just read what he spews for proof of that."

Obama was the one with that problem... not Trump.

True. Maybe they should both have to do 4 years now. Then Obama could learn to remember to salute... ; )

Dvr22999874 -> RE: The "Left." (11/19/2016 5:01:04 PM)

Do you salute in the American army if you are not in uniform ?

Dvr22999874 -> RE: The "Left." (11/19/2016 5:03:49 PM)

I believe that during the Civil War, the Union was using a path to citizenship via the military for newly landed immigrants. Join the army and you become a citizen straight away, sort of thing, Peon. Maybe a dead citizen, but a citizen nevertheless.

It's not required... no.

Dvr22999874 -> RE: The "Left." (11/19/2016 5:34:58 PM)

Thank you. Much has changed since I wore a uniform.

Nnanji -> RE: The "Left." (11/19/2016 5:42:07 PM)

The President has a bunch of military people around him all the time. The Military people all salute him. Presidents in the past saluted back even though everyone knows a guy in civilian attire shouldn't. Obama didn't do that. Although he bows to foreign potentates.

Dvr22999874 -> RE: The "Left." (11/19/2016 5:49:45 PM)

So the fact that he doesn't salute is really neither right, nor wrong ? It's his choice to follow the older ruling of not saluting when not in uniform or when never having been in the military ?

I don't think there's been centuries of precedent. He is the Commander in Chief of the military and therefore all military people should salute him. Technically, it's against military custom for a civilian to salute. So the president has his choice of custom. Yet, the American people have always seen the presidents salute returned to active military as a sign of respect for what they do for him.
