I'm pretty sure that vince was speaking hypothetically. In a scenario where the Christian God is real, it is true that God is a mass murderer. But I suppose different people have different ideas of what it means to be omnipotent, omniscient, etc... but you would need to define what you mean when you say 'God' before you could discuss it.
