There are real life white women who feels from birth they are meant to look like barbie, and goes through multiple plastic surgery to achieve that look and end up somehow disfiguring themselves even worst.

What's the difference between them and transgenders who wants a very specific physical look that they don't have?

And the point is, REAL LIFE suicidal poor people and who wants gender reassignment surgery can't afford them.

Why should a murderer deserve his surgery? To me, he is no longer human but a piece of worthless shit. He doesn't deserve anything. He deserves to be put down. He wants to kill himself.

They should just let him die.
