Nunes said he also wanted to know how U.S. intelligence agencies were wiretapping Flynn’s calls, which he said may also have been illegal.

This guy , just like you, does not seem to know what comes out of his mouth from minute to minute.
Notice the bold part where it says the russians phone was tapped. Then he goes on to accuse the spooks of tapping flynn's phone.
Flynn was talking to the ruskie whose phone was tapped.

He didn't humiliate himself really. He didn't do anything wrong except neglect to tell Pence the full discourse of his conversation. That doesn't vilify him either. I think that there is more going on than what this is being made to appear. It is some kind of special operation.

He might have 'neglected to tell Pence', but he apparently lied to the FBI, which is a felony offense... but lucky him, he wasn't specific enough about what he was saying to be unable to get out of it:
