Do I really have to give you an English lesson? The word "idiot" is a noun and thus cannot be used to describe a comment, to do so you would need an adjective like "idiotic" to so. Then you go on to say; "the ol dim bulb has burnt completely out" which is again is not a description of a comment but a comment on the person who wrote the comment. And now you say; "you'll still be as dim as a stone". Yep, no name calling there, just another attempt at "Alt-description of a comment" perhaps? Honestly if your comments were put in a word processor and all the name calling and hate speech was deleted it would look like this: "....". ;-)

bosco is saying the left hates people on the right. he uses the word "alt" to describe the particular groups in question. nnanji is saying yes that's true, BUT its not just the KKK they hate, its other "alt" groups on the right. in fact its all of them. this is in part indicated by his differentiating the KKK as a "fringe group," as compared to, supposedly, the more mainstream ones. I take his "its every single one of them" not in reference to the left, but to the right. if im wrong on that, the better explanation's going to have to come from him.
