An unclassified FBI study on last year’s cop-killing spree found officers are “de-policing” amid concerns that anti-police defiance fueled in part by movements like Black Lives Matter has become the “new norm.”

the fact that the methods they are using are unconstitutional and all the innocent kids they are blowing away in the formation of our modern brown shirt police state swept under the table.

Black Lives Matter, TOO! Hostility is from the continuing disregard of black people as People. BLM isn't saying anyone else is less important, they are just sick and tired of police killings being written off as 'just some black hoodlum needing killing'. The number of blacks shot for doing what wouldn't even get many whites arrested is part of living in a racist society. If you've never 'walked black', or 'driven black', it's Not a racist society. Everyone of color, red, brown, black or mixed, thoroughly understands they are not equals in the eyes of far too many LEOs. Thankfully, this isn't universal among the uniformed guardians of our society, but to someone who has lost friends to gun happy racists, the uniform blinds them to the humanity behind the badge, same as dark skin blinds too many cops to the humanity of those seen over a gun sight.

In St. Louis, and the surrounding area, the Black Lives Matter movement has changed law enforcement for the better. But this is only half the problem. Now it is time for the African American community to change their attitude and help the police and themselves by taking some responsibility for black on black crime.

But then Look for yourself.

In fact, the trend is that whites run about 1 to 2% higher in the commission of violent criminal acts than African Americans, so it boils down to about an even percentage.

Of course, who lets the truth or facts alter a good story to justify racial profiling by Law Enforcement agencies in the United States.

The latest figures available show the trend has been constant since 2010.

As of May 2 in St. Louis there have been 33 murders this year... every one black on black. How does this figure into your statistics?
