If you think of it, it is just really like a bunch of spiriits communicating freely with each other because there are no rules and no physicality involved.

actually, it seems rather to make rm's point---that people get banned (or have posts removed) for reasons other than violating terms of service.

and whatever gamma did indeed do, it has no bearing on the veracity of what rm just said.

The part that I found funny was that he was banned by a Gorean male. I actually didn't even pay attention to what he was banned for. rm seems to believe that that anyone who disagrees with him must be a feminist or feminist sympathizer, I can't help but wonder what went through his mind when he got banned by Gamma. Or what nuttiness he actually exhibited for Gamma to have done that.

Gamma was mod at a time where I was participating in Gorean discussions alot. And I would say that he took alot of things personally. He seem to mod fairly in the politics board, but not when you touch Gorean subjects.
And Gamma was one of those mod who kept accusing me of being a troll through PM.
And I never troll! I always just voice what I feel all the time. Genuine point of views whether people agree with it or not. But they were all genuinely my own thoughts.

Omicron for sure..Eta for sure..I don't remember the rest but most of the Greek alphabet was locked in at the same time and it was just the Uniform of the day.

I agree about the Gorean men..pretty good eggs all around. Actually, most of the mods were decent folks regardless of their gender or orientation. The power struggles were at the top brass levels. Most of the grunts were casualties of the war at the top and not because they did something wrong.

Folks need to understand that the uniforms were also recyled to new mods. There may have been several people who wore the same mod uniform or video admin outfit at different points in time. I don't know how they do things now just that the entire upper tier got fired in the end and then the 3 thing. Now, we have at least the one Mod in street clothing. That's all I know for sure. That could be the same person doing thread yanking wearing a Uniform or something but mum is mostly the ..um..word.

I would bet dollars to donuts that R/S would be happy to help with a revamp of the joint and I believe he has the mad skillz to get 'er done but obviously he would need the tools to do so and the apathy from the top would need to end.

Thanks Bita for the memory shove:) thats what I thought. But I couldnt remember them all
Ive never known the inside workings OR the mods until AFTER they were done(rightly or wrongly) but I always took my moderation gold mails as deserved.
Most of my conversations about my gold emails had maybe two arguments over the years.

With regards to RS, I totally agree.

I was never a troll.
Just because you guys have a different view of the way i see things, does not make me a troll.

To me, a troll is someone who says something for the sake riling people up and are just playing a role to have fun online.

But for me, I simply speak my mind. And those are my real thoughts and when I was participating in the Gorean Forums, I was asking genuine questions.

And Gamma was like PMing me telling me that he got Troll spidey senses and he was so sure that I was a troll.

He was just full of it.

Because end of the day. I question Gorean like I would question Muslims. They all follow a book.
