I'm sorry, it's his sperm. If his sperm doesn't get into her body. No pregnancy happens. The man has 101% full control over where he wants to deposit his sperm.
Actually in Chicago, a woman is allowed to blow a guy then inseminate herself with his semen and claim child support. http://www.nbcnews.com/id/7024930/ns/health-sexual_health/

And some people claim the legal system isn't biased against men. Ho ho!

When a woman gets unwantedly pregnant, she already gets punished for it.
Any woman who considers pregnancy a punishment should abort. She'll be a terrible mother.

Apparently Lucy here got pregnant despite having an IUD.
Suuuuuuuure she did. *wink* *wink*. You know, it's amazing, but anecdotal evidence suggests the failure rate for birth control correlates with the ethics of the woman using it.

It's simply amazing how women who want to use men as a financial support system mysteriously suffer from ineffective birth control. Quite staggering when you think about it.

ooooooh you wound me so.
Women are not supposed to enjoy sex... or prevent a birth with BC.
sorry pal not happening with this unethical woman.

While that is all very admirable, reality is that your profile says you are 68yo, and that was in 2013 which would make you 72 today (as CM does not update age), just how fair (to the child & to the mother) is it to have a child at your age (should that happen) when you would need to live to 90yo just to make it to the kid's 18th birthday? and interesting that you havent had any kids, given how you feel about them.. Just an observation..

I don't do anything to be admirable, I do things because that is who I am.

If you want to know how old I am just ask, I'll be 70 in October.

As for how fair it is to have child at my age, I'm not in a wheel chair and my father died when I was 18 months old but he loved me as long as he was alive. There is no way of knowing how long life will be or how it will turn out for anyone.

As for not having children, I have always wanted a wife and children but as I was doing other things it never happened. Not a regret, I was just enjoying doing other things.

Life is filled with choices and my life choices just didn't lead to children or at least not yet.

Sure there are people that have kids into their much older years but imo each persons situation needs to be taken into consideration, their health, age, financial capabilities, lifestyle choices, etc... if you arent alive to nurture and guide them into adulthood, that can turn out badly for the child.. a big part of being a good parent is being there for them when they need you.. of course no one knows how long they will live for but there are actuarial charts on the likelihood of when you will die.. the older you get, the higher the risk.. If you die when the child is young you dump all the responsibility and financial burden on the mother, if there isnt a good financial cushion then the mother & child could end up on welfare.. I expect it wasnt easy for your mother raising an 18 month old when your father died.. I grew up very poor and would never want to have kids of my own go thru that.. jmo..

Dude I am all for mandatory abortion for any parents who are deemed unfit parents.
But that's not that the topic is about. We live in a world where alot of unfit people are parents, and alot of irresponsible people wanna blame each other WHEN the pregnancy happen.

Although stealthing by poking holes in condoms, is a legitimate reason for blaming the person who did it.

My children and grandchildren are my heart and soul.

Their father didn't get stuck with child support, because despite leaving him when my youngest was 3 weeks old - I remained married to him for 18 years. My youngest will be 20 in June. We divorced the month he turned 18.

For me, raising my sons without being put in the position of being in contempt of court because no way in hell was I letting my children anywhere near their abusive drug addict father. He didn't have to pay child support, I didn't have courts telling me I had to allow him the chance to further harm my children or myself.

Sorry, not relevant to the topic, but in response to Lucy.

I know many women , who have done the same, its hard, its hard for men to do it without support too, not just women,
Especially when dealing with abuse/drugs/alcohol violence. etc.
Im glad I didnt have to go thru it with my ex he was exactly the type. My hubbys ex was the female version.
My kids are huge in my life, two of them daily, but I have no grandies yet.
one of my sister in laws is younger than me by quite a few years, she has 23 grandies already, and they all live locally too.
Im enjoying the "peace" right now.

I am not sure if it is still the same, but 20 years ago it was harder for men. There were women's shelters that allowed children, but the men's shelters did not. I was fortunate, I had a decent resume, education and work history. I never had to avail myself of those services, but I did work with other victims of domestic violence and it was so much harder to find services available to men with children.

As I've said, any time a male and a female have sex there is a chance of children and I'm not ready to give up sex any time soon, so if a child is the result of sex that I have, I will be happy about it and will do my best to provide that child with the loving environment that all children deserve.

We were poor but Mom never let us know it. Mom never let money be the measure of our riches.

We lived in a house that didn't have ceiling, we could look up and see the rafters and bottom side of the roof but Mom taught us the beauty of the sound of rain on the roof and one day she hung a swing from the ceiling joists, so my sister and I could swing indoors when it was raining. How many of the "richest" children in the world had a indoor swing?

Children only need one thing, to know that they are not a burden to their parents but are loved and wanted and are actually a source of great joy to their parents.

I guess you missed it when I posted this for you, eariler in this thread:

Inside a woman's reproductive tract, a man's sperm can survive for up to five days. Sperm deposited outside the body might live at most a few hours.

I did some read up on this. It's not so easy for sperms to survive, as you said.

It literally needs to be kept in moist condition. The moment semen dries, it dies.

So if a man cums into her mouth, he could easily make sure she spit out into the sink or get her swallow. How the hell she gonna steal his sperm!

Hell if I had sperms and I wanna make sure no woman gonna steal my sperm. I wouldn't even allow her to blow me. And I'd use a freaking condom.

Men just want to make excuses because they want their pleasure irresponsibly. And when shit happened. "She seduced me!"

IF someone is very very serious about not having children. They will take stringent steps to prevent it, because it is very important to themselves that they don't have children.

Others just like, don't really consider the consequences of every sexual interaction they do.
