How about we limit food stamps to actual nutritious food? 1) We sort of do 2) Not everyone knows what to do with it (how to prepare it), so they get processed foods. 3) Many a college student has scraped by on Ramon noodles. Nutritious food is expensive. Not a big deal to us, but a much bigger deal to someone on food stamps.
