My first car was a dark green 1961 Dodge. I don't remember the model but it was a full sized two-door with a slant six and "three on the tree". The paint was dulled by the elements to a wonderful flatness that surely would have foiled police radar...if it had existed back then.

I learned to drive on my mom's orange Chevy Nova.

My first car that was given to me by my parents was a brand new Cutlass Supreme, which I promptly totalled in an accident.

The first car I ever bought was a red Mazda RX-7, which was promptly stolen (retrieved the next day with hardly any damage). that was the last red car I bought.

Ever since then, I have leased Nissan Altimas every 3 years (I can write off leasing in business).

My first car was a 1989 red mustang.  I drove that car for almost 14 years.

I learned to drive on a Hillman Minx convertable.  It was a sink or swim kinda thing...  I don't remember the year; but it was nearly 40 years ago...  dang!

It was NOT an automatic, either!  LOL  That little thing was like a fast little tank!

I had an 89 Mustang.  I hated that thing.

I also had the displeasure of having a 2003 Rustang convertible for a while.  What a complete piece of gutless shit that was.  The entire car was plastic, the convertible mechanism was clunky and the roof did not even sit right.  Absolute junk.  I drove a 2003 Sebring convertible for a summer.  The difference was night and day (not to mention it would smoke the Rustang)

I had a 1977 Pinto...oh, was that ever an ugly car and sat so low you felt like you were driving on top of the road!  However, the worst car I had ever driven was a Chevrolet Monza, which was considered the Vega of the 80's.

I now have a Pontiac Grand Am, which is sporty, just right for me and I love getting into those tight parking spaces.  So far, this car works well for me. Now, if I only can find a reliable dom...but I digress.
