ORIGINAL: bounty44 no---"rules" made by moderators are not TOS. the TOS are here: http://www.collarspace.com/personals/tos.htm if there is a separate set of them for the forum, ive not seen them. I presume the ones in question most often for forum moderation are: quote:
7.3. Acceptable Use Policy: You agree and understand that Our Website permits You to use Our services in order to post content and to communicate with other Users. We are entitled to investigate and terminate Your membership if You have misused the Website, or behaved in a way which could be regarded as inappropriate, unlawful, or illegal. The following is a partial, but not exhaustive, list of the types of actions that are illegal or prohibited under this Agreement. 7.3.1. Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, invasive of another's privacy or right to publicity, or harmful to minors in any way, shape, or form; i don't remember if "working around" moderation is addressed in them. This isn't a discussion about evolution, boy: splitting hairs doesn't let you swagger around like shitting on the chessboard won you the game. Either address the point I raised in the OP (putting people on approval implies that there's enough mods to actually read and then approve what they're saying, and if there's not then it's avoiding responsibility for banning people) or stop wasting time by posting drivel.
