ORIGINAL: Nnanji Blah blah blah, you're butt hurt because your loonicy was pointed out. I get it. But, you're so smart. 'Loonicy'. All I had to go on was some story about mixed communities failing that you didn't even back up in any way. How exactly am I supposed to discuss something with absolutely no frame of reference whatsoever? Was it even real? This isn't even the first time you've done this, and explains why almost every exchange we have is nothing but insults. Being unable to actually have a discussion is one thing, but your insults are so weird and boring... you can't even provide me with a good laugh. I am getting absolutely nothing out of any of this. Lol, that's the point. Trolls troll because it makes them feel good. Bitching that you get absolutely nothing out of it just makes you a simple troll. Simple in the definition of ability to think. The U.S. has an entire federal department of housing. I'm not your slave, look it up. Read its goal. It's spent trillions of redistributed dollars on one failed program after another. Mumsey wouldn't be happy with you now. Here, since you are so insignificant I'll help you get started. The goal of HUD: quote:
This document presents the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD’s) Strategic Plan for fiscal years (FY) 2014 through 2018. HUD was created as a cabinet-level agency in 1965. Its mission is to create strong, sustainable, inclusive communities and quality, affordable homes for all. To provide a framework for the delivery of HUD’s mission and vision, the Strategic Plan outlines a set of strategic goals, objectives, and performance measures. Simply put, this plan serves as a guide for what the Department will achieve, how we will achieve it, and how we will measure our success. I really don't think 'insignificant' is the word you were looking for. So wow, yes, HUD exists. That is what proves that mixed income housing is a failure? It's your assertion so it's on you to back it up. You talked about rich people evacuating formerly prosperous neighborhoods, apparently so traumatized that they made a beeline for the safety of gated communities. So when and where did this happen? ALL of these projects have been failures? That's funny, because I can't find any such evidence online... in fact, just the contrary. You can't just declare something a failure and then expect me to believe you... you're too much of an idiot to just take at your word. Seriously-- you call me a troll and then fail to even put forward a vague semblance of an argument. This is the general pattern with you-- insults, stupidity, and no substance. I have contributed a lot more to this argument than you-- so far you've insisted mixed housing has failed, and the reason is 'socialism'. I honestly don't think you even know what socialism is... other than something that is bad, therefore you hate it. Ridiculous. You also missed my point-- I was saying that nothing you say offers anything of value. If there was anything in the way of an argument, I would respond to that... but there's nothing. Since that is the case, then at the very least I could get something out of your insults... but they are so fucking boring and uncreative that there's nothing there either. All I can really do is complain about how boring and bad at arguing you are.
