No date. An obvious government, that's spending other people's money, propaganda piece with no report of outcome. It generally takes about 20-years to destroy a "new" neighborhood, so your HUD article dated in 2017 will fail in...say...2037. And of course HUD will report that to you with great alacrity because they want you to know how well they spent your money to ruin people's lives.

FWIW, we have had programs like this going on in our area for several years now, and they are doing well enough that they are expanding them.

B) troll boy spends a lot of time not backing up his claims and telling people he's not their slave and doesn't have to. As I pointed out to troll boy, I used his exact words to tell him he wasn't going to get me to google for him, or you for the matter.
C) you show me where you're city/county officials doing your projects for "several" years are keeping you apprised on what is failing in those communities. A I mentioned above, when those "several" years become twenty or thirty years the failure will be obvious as it has been here.
D) why don't you talk to troll boy about backing shit up? I used his exact wording to say no to him and I don't recall you chastising him in the other thread. You only do it when the political perspective isn't the same as yours.

I haven't commented on anything else, either you or he said, because the only thing that caught my attention was the discussion specifically on mixed housing. Which as far as I can tell, you brought up. I was interested in it because of the projects that have been going on and are being expanded in my area.
Say what you want about his sources. At least he provided some. Primary and relevant sources from the government, whether you agree with them or not.
And I had a genuine interest in what you might have provided to the discussion, so that I could compare it to what I am hearing locally about our projects and explore the differences. But since you seem more interested in handing out snark to everyone rather than actually discussing the topic, I don't really care else you have to say about it now.

As far as your local stuff, I'll bet you any amount 20-years from now the low end housing will pull down the medium end housing to its level. Keep in mind that California, where I live, prides itself on introducing socialist schemes first. I've seen it fail multiple times. It always will, because like all other socialist schemes it's made from fantasy instead of reality. Your local people are just throwing your money down a sewer but by the time the actual scheme fails they'll be way down the road wasting your money on something else some idiot socialist comes up with and California proved failed twenty years previously.
