ORIGINAL: Greta75 quote:
ORIGINAL: jlf1961 1) the Rohignya have been living in that region that crosses the border into Bangladish for generations, longer than the Myammar government has existed. What has the existence of the Myammar government gotta do with anything? They were officially illegal immigrants from old times. This is like the DCDA thingy in the US. Just because they illegally cross over years ago, doesn't mean they get to enjoy legal status. quote:
2) In 1982 the Burma Citizenship law was passed that denied them citizenship, and done so after they started returning to the region after fleeing the area in the 70's. Uh huh, illegal immigrants leaving and then coming back....., nothing to see here. quote:
4) While they do not count as citizens, they are allowed to be used as forced labor for no pay. Voluntarily right? Don't tell me now you are accusing Myammar of enslaving them for hard labour. quote:
5) they are not entitled to education facilities, but are entitled to very limited medical care providing they can meet some of the citizenship requirements of the 1982 citizenship law. They are illegal immigrants. Even illegals in my country are not entitled to anything. quote:
And you are correct, there is no genocide, so what if landmines are planted around a village prior to troops going in and burning it to the ground, it is not the government's fault if people fleeing the burning village happens to step on a mine and blow themselves to hell by accident. That's a pretty good strategy to force them to return to Bangladesh if they can't safely live in the illegal parts they want they to live in. I bet you if US build land mines on their border instead of the humane wall Trump wants. They will have ALOT less illegals crossing over. quote:
Nor is it genocide to set a hut on fire without telling people hiding in the hut you are doing so. I don't blame them for setting their huts on fire, because the Rohingyas have spent years setting Myammar people's huts on fire first. The first aggressors were Rohingyas before the Military punished them for it. quote:
Nor does it matter if the Rohignya have been persecuted by the Burmese government since the country was established, does it? They were illegal immigrants. It's only in the US that they wanna defend illegal immigrants when in Asia, any illegal immigrant is a considered a criminal eligible for a very long jail term. quote:
The Security Council did condemn the violence last week, its first such unified statement on Myanmar in nine years. But China blocked an effort by Egypt to add language calling for Rohingya refugees to be guaranteed the right to return to Myanmar from Bangladesh, Agence France-Presse reported. The government of Myanmar, a majority-Buddhist country, does not recognize the Rohingya, most of whom are Muslim, as citizens. And you are correct, the appropriate term used by the UN as well as every human rights organization around the world, is Ethnic Cleansing. It's not a religious issue. UN and every human rights organisation are wrong in this one. Because these Rohingyas illegally go into Myammar and burn their villages and rape their women. And now Myammar fight back and UN calls it ethic cleansing. UN is fucked up and bias only because of Muslims. They are saying the retaliation by the Military is disproportionate. But Myammar is doing the right thing. Do they wanna be like Europe who is constantly plague by terrorists attack? No, they get rid of these aggressors and their families. Out of the country! quote:
What is funny is the fact that their are reports that those Rohignya who are Buddhist are given a free pass and left alone. What bullshit about rohingyas being buddhists given free pass. I wonder what source you got that bullshit from. As far as I can see, this is Asia, and the way we work is, just like what China is doing with the Uighurs Muslims, they attack our people first, we don't hold back and exterminate all of them. You do realise these are countries that put people to death for selling drugs. Because we believe drugs ruin people's lives and can potentially kill, so it's treated as murder crime. We don't show mercy to criminals. They illegally are situated in Myammar. And they started it first, and now they are crying about being persecuted. The riots finally came after weeks of sectarian disputes including an allegedly gang rape and murder of a Rakhine woman by Rohingyas and killing of ten Burmese Muslims by Rakhines.[8] On 8 June 2012, Rohingyas started to burn Rakhine's Buddhist and other ethnic houses after returning from Friday's prayers in Maungdaw township. More than a dozen residents were killed in this riot by Rohingya Muslims.[9] State of emergency was declared in Rakhine, allowing military to participate in administration of the region.[10][11] As of 22 August, officially there had been 88 casualties – 57 Muslims and 31 Buddhists. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012_Rakhine_State_riots I think Muslim terrorists just need to get the message that, this isn't the West where they hold your hand and praise you for being peaceful when you kill their people and rape their women. When you rape their women and kill their people, they are driving ALL of you out of the country. All I know this, this is a pattern with Muslims worldwide, they can dish it, but they can't take it. They will commit their atrocities and when it bites them back ten folds, they cry ethic cleansing. Okay, for one thing, THEY are not screaming ethnic cleansing, the United Nations is, along with Amnesty International, the International Red Cross and a few other small organizations and basing it on evidence gathered by people who crossed the border from Bangladish to check it out since the Burmese government will not let anyone from outside the country investigate the claims. IF the government had nothing to fucking hide, they would not be barring members of the international red cross OR the United Nations to look into the acquisitions. And how the fuck can anyone be illegal immigrants IF your people have been living in that region for a few thousand fucking years? Hussein used that argument with the Kurds he gassed, did not matter if the Kurds had been living in that part of Iraq and Turkey since before Christ, they were still illegal in the eyes of Saddam Hussein. Turks used the same justification for the Armenian genocide at the beginning of the 20th century. That group of people were living in the region before Burma became a country, so there fore they have the same rights as anyone else. And they fled Burma in the 70's when the government pulled the same fucking shit, killing indiscriminately. As for the forced labor claim, again the UN has made it since these people have been put to work by the military in the region with no pay, sub human living conditions, and worked till they drop dead, and it has been this way for a few decades. A government does not block outside investigators to prove or disprove claims or accusations of ethnic cleansing or genocide UNLESS they have a fucking good reason, such as that is exactly what the hell they are doing. Of course it is okay for you to accept they are being forced out of a region they and their ancestors have been living in for generations, the majority are Muslim and we all know that you have made many statements concerning the eradication of all Muslims.
