Maybe we should one-way ticket them all to Singapore. [:D]

We would make a business out of it. We make sure we keep your prisoners in the most inhumane conditions ever, that it will totally help your country lower your crime rate as horror stories of Singapore Prison Spreads around. We cane our prisoners too, BTW.

And we will charge US for our services, and make good money out of it. I think we got enough useless islands lying around that we can build these prisons to keep US prisoners!

It's actually a damn great idea!

I also suggest that you outsource your death sentence to us too. We just hang them, and use a cheap rope. The cheapest option. And US can save money on expensive lethal injection and electric chairs. And we would do it immediately upon arrival. So prisoners don't have to wait 20 years in deathrow to die and clog up US prison space.

Such a win-win!

It's understandable that as a happy citizen of a foreign country, that you have no interest in the Constitutional Rights of American citizens. But you can fuck off on this idea.

What happened to the constitutional American rights of the Guatanamo bay detainees who were American citizens, if we're dismissing this idea out of hand? There were at least a couple.

Wiki's lengthy list of Americans detained at Gitmo is an astounding 1, taken while he was fighting with the Taliban against US troops. The Supreme Court decided it was Unconstitutional, so he was moved to Virginia, and from what I understand a deal was worked out for him to be repatriated to Saudi Arabia, and renouncing his US citizenship. He easily could have been charged with treason though.

If you are aware of other Americans that have been detained at Gitmo, feel free to provide links.

I do believe conditions would have been different if Congress had declared war, though that hasn't been done since WW2.

A non begger like you and anyone who would not enable you or your pathetic sick need for attention

My opinion of course

JVoV -> RE: California reduce penalties for knowingly exposing partners to HIV (10/12/2017 9:02:51 PM)

Says the dude with 73 accounts...

Drakvampire -> RE: California reduce penalties for knowingly exposing partners to HIV (10/12/2017 9:28:37 PM)

Marvel us all with the 73! For you are a brave honest man are you not? It is important a man who tells no lies, such as you, belittles me 73 times on here with your fucking lies and bully like Trump nature.

Actually get your team of 72 diks together and try and belittle me once…when you are not busy wanking off at the aspect of your bully buffoonery called trump.

Well, even I know, whoremods, was banned from here forever:
I wager a liar carried that out(?) who seeked an enabling by 30 pieces of judas silver from the likes JVoV

no one beats unhinged trump for liea or anyone who enable it. hy is he noit on
You can of course sit there in silence but you have plummeted in my opinion coward.

JVoV -> RE: California reduce penalties for knowingly exposing partners to HIV (10/12/2017 10:04:55 PM)

Perhaps 73 was an exaggeration. Yet, your main account is still in moderation, and this is at least the third sock account I've seen you use in order to bypass said moderation.

I'm not a bully to anyone. Nor am I seeking attention. I'm here to discuss current events with other adults, and to have intelligent conversation, whenever possible. There's a current lack of that in my life at the moment.

None of that means I have to put up with bullshit out of you or anyone else here.

Now, if you have an opinion about the actual topic of the thread, or anything I've said about the topic, I'd be all for reading it, and discussing it with you. It's far more interesting for me to discuss things with people who do have a much different take on a subject than mine; it forces brain activity and critical thinking. Sometimes I even learn a thing or two along the way.

It was an American who suggested sending your prisoners to Singapore. Not me. I simply view it in a Singaporean Capitalist way, on how we can financially benefit from this arrangement and proposed how we can further assist on your prison overcrowding problem.

Outsourcing people on death row to other countries to do the death sentence is definitely gonna free up prison space big time.

I didn't know Americans are so cheap. Can't afford room and board for their own prisoners, no funds to build more prison space and want some other country to take care of them for free.

But with Trump on helm, I know we can have a financial agreement. IF this was the plan to outsource prisoning. The cost will probably end up saving US money. Than housing their own prisoners. I won't even be surprise if Trump would consider it. As he is a businessman.

Drakvampire -> RE: California reduce penalties for knowingly exposing partners to HIV (10/12/2017 11:18:00 PM)

You are aware there can be up to 5 of us here (together).
2-4 all nighters on his bad eve?
6 if you count an Americano on a good eve?

His oh wait my original opinion was verbatim

Would you like them publicly flogged or hanged, or perhaps both?

You have tainted the article by screaming that's leftists for you and scary lack of knowledge by making wild statements such as: AIDS is part of HIV, stating they are a death sentence etc

Is AIDS stigmatized – Yes.
Can it be controlled to the point there is almost no chance of infecting another – yes.

However from the article it did not take that into account and the degree of maliciousness involved.

I don’t agree with the change in California law and I thought 8 years was too soft (means 4 with good behavior). And that is because of malicious intent.

But then I must think a little deeper and have come up with Is infecting someone deliberately, or via probability, with the flu malicious? Could it result in another person(s) death?
What about not vaccinating your children?

I don’t like it being stigmatized but it still is, and for all intent purposes vanished from the news.

Jesus
Mother Theresa
Prince Diana - her with AIDS/HIV particularly
To name but three.

You should be ashamed of what you said Greta75. I cannot believe you said what you said.

Greta, it was suggested a joke. Precisely because you are always so quick to judge how Americans do things and compare it to your own country. It was sarcasm.

As usual, you failed to detect that.

As already pointed out, it would be unconstitutional to do so. But you are right, Trump might consider it, as he seems unconcerned with the Constitution. Despite the fact that as president, he swore an oath to protect it.

I highly doubt it was a full joke. He thought I would be horrified about US sending their prisoners here that's why he said that.

I compare everything. As we need to see what's the Gold Standard to measure ourselves with to know how good or bad we are doing as a country.

We suck at entertainment. Americans are better with it. And we suck at CGI. And grooming musicians.

He didnt suggest it. ISIS hijacked the entire forum, took over all our accounts, and then made you think it was Americans. When in reality, it was ISIS all along [8|]

And Greta, the list of things you suck at is WAY WAY WAY longer than just those few things you named. Just keeping it real with you

Perhaps you haven't heard. The US is severely in debt.

Sending them over on a one-way ticket and flagging them so they can't come back would be cheaper than any deal Trump makes with the Singaporeans. Plus, if we're paying for the accommodations, and they aren't up to our standards, that will come back on us.

So, we'll just send them over and not let them come back. After they get there, they're all yours and not on the US dime.

See, I actually agree with much of what you said. HIV/AIDS is stigmatized, though in America it's nowhere near a death sentence anymore. If other potentially deadly STD's are not similarly illegal to knowingly spread without warning potential partners, then there is a major issue.

But Federal law requires that States be able to prosecute people that don't tell their partners about their status, and knowingly infect their partners with HIV, but punishments for the crime are determined at the State level. If possible transmission of the virus is part of another sex crime, then most States have increased penalties.

Sounds like a Trump plan. But still violates the Constitution.

Nah. Trump would just put them up building the wall to pay off their debts to society.

And, I know it's unConstitutional.

See, I actually agree with much of what you said. HIV/AIDS is stigmatized, though in America it's nowhere near a death sentence anymore.

This is a death sentence of a life time of medical care and excessive heavy cost of maintaining a life time of medication. How is anything with NO CURE not a death sentence?

This isn't something that can be cured yet.

It's not an excuse to say that, it's okay to spread HIV to others , just because this universe now got medicine to extend the lifespan of a HIV patient. There is still no cure. Your life may be lengthen than without medicine but it is still significantly shortened. You no longer can lead a normal life. You gotta pop all these pills every single day as you have a reduced immune system. Your quality of life drops drastically. Popping gazillion pills to stay alive is a form of a death sentence. It's like somebody poisoned you, so that you will for the rest of your life be reliant on drugs.

The reduction in sentence is trivializing the act of people who KNOWS they have HIV and intentionally spread it around to others.

Danemora -> RE: California reduce penalties for knowingly exposing partners to HIV (10/13/2017 6:05:33 PM)

Psst, Greta...we're ALL under a death sentence. Some sooner than others, but we're all destined to be worm chow
