General David Petraeus, former Director of the CIA, smacked down the White House for saying it's "inappropriate to question a four-star general when reporters called into question Trump Chief of Staff John Kelly, after he lied about Rep. I think that that's (pause) something highly inappropriate." ABC's THIS WEEK host Martha Raddatz began her interview by asking Gen. Petraeus about this incident. "I want to start with what the White House said, about it being highly inappropriate to debate a four-star general," she said. Petraeus replied, "Well, I think we're all fair game." He continued, "We, in uniform, protect the rights of those to criticize us, frankly." The former general who was forced to resign his job at the CIA for getting involved in a honey trap, led the highly controversial "Iraq surge" said he didn't appreciate the criticisms he took. "But at the end of the day, we are fiercely protective of the rights of our Americans to express themselves even if that includes criticizing us," he said. Not in Trump's America, unfortunately. If that's unacceptable, maybe the right shouldn't have spent the last five years whining about Benghazi in a manner which suggests that it's perfectly reasonable to blame a president personally for specific military losses.

Rep Wilson spoke up for the family, taking the brunt of the fallout from the administration. The widow and family have since spoken up as well, verifying Wilson's account of the call. The insult wasn't the words that Trump said, but in the name that he didn't. The pregnant widow, Myeishia Johnson, is now leading the charge to find out what happened to her husband, and why he was left behind for two full days. I'm honestly surprised she didn't have a private autopsy done on her husband's body. I think that needs to happen.

I've said similar before and I'll say it, again: If we were talking about President (She-cunt) Clinton and I chose to assail her in regards to the death of my son, publicly, I would expect the entire weight of the PPL machine to "come after me". The difference in this scenario was this young widow didn't start this kerfuffle, it was an asshole congress critter who shamelessly dragged Mrs. Johnson into this. I have too many questions to bother this forum with like: Why did he lie. Why did he lie about his lie.
