If true it must have been very damaging to them. Laws must be made to protect the weak. Don't you agree that there are 15 year old children that a sexual encounter with a 30 year old would be devastating? I do and laws cannot be selective. All that said if they want to punish the man that molested them then they must make a complaint...even if it does not result in charges.

Laws are different in each state, though kids aren't.

I can't speak about how traumatizing something should be to someone else, or how they should react.

We don't know how much grooming was done to her, or how much was needed. She may have also been carrying the shame and guilt of what happened with her all this time, because 'good girls don't do that sort of thing', and she may have been a willing participant to much of it, or all. That doesn't make it any more legal though.

She runs a business that is hired by many others, including several politicians, to interpret at events. That is not the same as 'being a part of the campaign'. That was misleading and you are better than that.

The last time a Dem won a senate race in Alabama it was Shelby.
The day before the election the Dems did a push poll asking if people would be less likely to vote for the Rep
if they knew he had said that women shouldn't be allowed to vote.
Naturally Shelby did really well in the women's vote.
His opponent never said that but by the time people found out the election was over.
Be for you remind me how stupid I am since Shelby is a Rep. he switched parties early in his first term.
For many of us in Alabama this looks like the same thing.

Apparently this was another of those "open secrets" that people back then knew about. Co-workers thought Moore was weird because he only dated high school girls, and hung out at high school venues and malls.

how is it a dirty trick by the dems for a guy to run as a dem and then switch to republican? wouldn't any reasonable man put that in the republican dirty trick column?

but I dont think that makes Shelby a child molester, nor do most view it as misconduct.
